MDLIVE Telehealth for Android
The app is terrible. I'm seeing someone one with the same problem I'm having from over a month ago. Either get your app fixed, or continue to receive negative feedback. That means invest in the employee or provider that manages the app by getting them the training they need, or get rid of them. But do something. As with others, I'm sure the reply will be that customer service would love help me. That is the whole point of the low rating of this app. No one wants to waste time on hold for customer service. The whole point of the app is to avoid that, and the app is failing miserably.
Customer service was horrible. Had to wait forever for a dr to call. Dr. only spoke to me for 4 minutes total. You could tell she wanted me off the phone as quick as possible. She was not very professional. Said I shouldn't have even called them and to go to an in person dr. They wasted my time and money. I would not recommend this company at all.
Don't waste your time or money. They were over an hour late, the call lasted maybe two minutes. The poor excuse for a doctor told me to wait a week and call back if I'm still sick. No meds. I will never use this service again.
Not working when you need it Like another review, I went through selecting a doctor and entering symptoms and the "can't find a pharamcy in a location near you..." error comes up, and won't let you continue. Ended up driving to a walk in clinic. Wasted valuable time.
Very disappointed in the service level I received Friday, 2/10/17. I work in HR and we promote this service to our employees. This was my first time using this service and I was not successful in getting a physician to call me, instead I received 2 calls from a MDLIVE rep stating they were trying to locate a doctor in my area - first call at 9:38p.m. and the second one was at 11:30 p.m. My initial call to MDLive was around 8:30 p.m. My issue was not severe or else I would have gone to the ER. I was just hoping that the convenience of using MDLive would be beneficial for me to use. I will try this service again; but it may not be my first choice, but I will certainly try it again.
It's a scam, better off going to urgent Care. They have a large list of things they won't treat and won't tell you in advance, but will be happy to take your money and not treat you and charge to tell you, they have policies against providing those treatments.
I registered, downloaded the app, was going through the questions to talk to a doctor when I got to the pharmacy page it said they couldn't find one. Which is weird because I have my location on and their are 4 pharmacies near me. So I called the live icon thing and when I hit 5 because the automated system said press 5 for other reasons for calling I did to get help with the pharmacy part and then it hung up on me. I was really looking forward to using your app. I seriously was. But now I'm just rolling my eyes and I'll just stick with staying in the waiting room for the doctor to call me next in person until I hear better reviews about your company. Please, fix everything, people really want to use your app with ease. Make it easy for them and make sure you explain in bold what you can and cannot do so people know what to expect. Thank you for your time.
I get Bronchitis every January... Usually notice it coming on.. But hit me all at once this time and was in major misery..Got meds and feeling better already
This app is a piece of crap. It glitches. It's difficult to get anything done and it has internal errors all the time. And hour and a half later I still can't get anything to work right to have an appointment. I did call customer service and they suck just as well.
App will not work. Always says an internal error has occurred, try again at a later time. That was 3 days ago and it still says the same thing.
On christmas my son had strep (fever sore throat covered in white patches, was able to get antibiotics within 1.5 hours.
I'm like most other 1 star ratings. App is glitchy, and could not verify us. It sat there for 20 min trying to verify so we went online and it's still couldn't verify us. We ended up going to urgent care anyways this app is a huge waste of time and I'm going to tell my company that we should dump the service.
Your website sucks could never get it to work it said my card not mapped and doctors never available
Worst website. Worst app. Worst customer service. I can't say a single good thing about these people. They should be ashamed.

This has always been a good app and the customer service is great, as are the doctors I've encountered. Today I couldn't open the app, and md live quickly resolved the issue and promptly got me up and running. Thank you, MD live!
I'm trying to see an available doctor, but after going through a couple screens, it tries to search for nearby pharmacies (and yes, I have location services and WiFi on) and it searches in, like, AFRICA, comes up with nothing, and won't let me proceed! Even if it legitimately couldn't find a pharmacy, that should NOT stop a patient from seeing a doctor!!!
Seemed like a good idea, but the app did not sync any of the information I entered from the mdlive website. Entered info again but transaction did not go through using the app.
The doctor was helpful, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my illness. She provided great service and information about how to feel better and how to prevent future development of symptoms.
Cannot log in. App did not save user name as requested. Sent 4 requests for user name request. NEVER got a response.
Bugged out a bit (seemed like it was trying to load webpage after signing up) tip: confirm email and resign in after closing app and it should work as intended. Downloaded app, verified my information and spoke to a doctor in less than 30 minutes; received medicine is less than an hour. 5/7 perfect score
This is 24/7. I don't think so. I cannot see doctor due unable to find one.
I've been trying to use the app for two days and nothing works. It freezes and can't do anything with it.. so frustrating when you want to make an appointment and can't.
This app is so buggy after the update you can't even make a Dr appt . When you are sick and need to make a Dr appt it is important that this app works. You can't even map a credit and when you put in the info it erases. Please fix.
Trying to call doctor on call application keeps declining my credit card which I know works I tried another credit card is declined that one and then I'm getting a no response code error this latest update of the application really screwed this up completely useless

Used app once. Now it freezes on the red logo screen.
I'm sure my Excellus BlueCross will reconsider this app, when red home screen freezes. And when you request an Appointment, it screws up when you hit continue and takes you to the globe saying No MDLive pharmacies near you, haha wtf stupid App. And my god it takes forever to load the providers, it's not even a huge list. Most are names I can't even pronounce. Better get it fixed team or you won't have any customers
I have to say I liked the use of tech. Being able to video chat with a Dr. I felt like it was the perfect solution to having to go into an office.It was easy to have dr call in scripts and in a few days feel better. The Dr Whyte I delt with was super! Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend using this service. I see other reviews and most bad ones are tech related. hard to blame MDlive or they had a broken leg and found it odd the web dr. couldn't help. I give two thumbs up. Thanks
Called because my daughter was sick fever sore throat sinus cough and was getting worse. After finally getting through and getting a doctor to call me back told bed rest. Less then 24 hours later I am in an ER and several hundred later she is very ill and can't hear the head cold went to her ear burst and was draining puss and infection and she is not able to hear out that ear. Hopefully once the infection clears she will. MDLive biggest waste of time and more of a danger than anything to the patient.
I've used this several times, but now when I open it I just get a red screen with the logo and it freezes.
This app is great!! It is supported through my insurance and only cost $5.00 for a doctor visit. It allows you to do video chat or take pictures of the affected area and submit them to the doctor. The doctors are all very nice and helpful. I usually deal with Dr. Menkes. He is an internal medicine specialist and very helpful. I would recommend this app and this service to anyone.
I installed it and worked the first time. After that, I get red screen with the logo. Never connect and can't press anything. Running it on Samsung S7 Edge.
Tried the service after my daughter tested positive for strep throat, I've been sick with same symptoms for 3 plus days, Dr refused to prescribe antibiotics until I was sick for at least a week
App is no longer working properly. Freezes at red screen as many other users have reported. Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Stuck on the red screen. Tried restarting. It worked while registering for first time but now won't go beyond the opening red screen
