Unable to log in, much like just about every other potential customer-user. Astounding.
Can't login. Tried to chat support, and they just pasted a phone number to call. Seems scammy to me.
Can't create an account, app simply gives a blank page and then a message that the app keeps stopping. Very frustrating.
Can't create account or login on a galaxy S8. Not being able to do either of those things completely defeats the purpose of the app. Completely unusable.
Why is an app that you can't log into still in the Google Play Store? Edit: There is no way your team finds it odd that I am unable to login. I can't find a single reviewer that had successful use of the app. Remove the listing from the play store and resubmit after your code is fixed.
Prompts for login credentials, entered the correct credentials, submit. App goes back to prompting for credentials, no message. Repeat until you give up and uninstall this POC. Logging in via web browser works, so it's this app that is broken.
I've used this app once and was fine. Now I want to follow up and now It won't load.. maybe one reason for such low ratings.. uninstalled the app then reinstalled and now working

I wish I could give it zero stars. I created my account. Then it brings me to an ad for md live. I confirmed my email and it wants me to recreate the account.

This APP is the worst. Was this written by 90 year seniors? Avoid this app, your wasting you time and money. Quicker to wait for a doctor's visit. Very slow and information is not stored. Also they can't and/or don't give you any drugs you can't get over the counter
Horrible! After finally being able to register and schedule a dr., they are all 1 week out.
The app simply will not let me connect with a doctor there are three ways it has done this so far it either won't accept my card won't let me select a pharmacy or I make it all the way through only to be told the formerly available doctor is now with a patient I am so frustrated after spending over 2 hours on this app in two days and would rather go to a walk-in urgent care instead since I am not sure what these Telehealth doctors will or won't treat anyway

Absolutely the worst date selection screen I've ever seen. I had to press the back arrow over 600 times to get to the month and year of my birthday...and the APP wouldn't just let me type it in. Arg!
It crashes, it's slow, it can't find my location... it's basically useless.
App doesn't work. I have to log in every time I open the app. It doesn't save my login information or the PIN that I setup so that I wouldn't have to log in each time. It doesn't save any information such as credit card information. I have had to make several calls to talk with MDLive support and they had to do everything manually. Why even have an app???

THIS IS A SCAM, made purely to fill the wallets of health care providers. They won't prescribe anything because they can't examine you to see for themselves what you're explaining. My little had an ear infection... all the signs and symptoms were there which is the only reason we bothered calling, and instead of being helped we were told to visit an urgent care clinic (AKA: expensive AF mini ER) because the doctor wasn't able to physically look inside my littles ear. I was told they are "cracking down" on ear infections in kids and there was nothing that could be done over the phone. This is AFTER they took our hsa card # and processed a payment.
