I am Good Health Policy Holder. Your application does not recognise my policy while I could generate e card with MDID. What is wrong? In which category I should login I.e. as I individual or corporate? Your application is far below expectation and I find that Medibuddy is far better than your application. I have been experincing this problem not only on your Android application but also on your web site for last 3 to 4 years. I suggest you to remove your application from playstore as it does not serve the purpose and not at all helpful. Learn from Medibuddy.This is a wakeup call for your IT Dept and developers. Nobody from TPA or Application Developer till date bothered to answer this query

Upgraded version is useless. Unable to login. Trying to login as Corp Emp. with Emp id/MDID, but error message saying select type of login.

This app does not seem to work while even entering the correct login credentials provided by my employer. Upon contacting the customer care they ask me to update the app. App is now updated. Still it does not seem to login. While the same login credentials are used by me to login on my PC. Instead of giving advices to update the app the customer care should contact the app developers to address this problem.
