Does not work. Worked initially(app opening that is...) Now, won't open & I've tried everything. Not patient enough to manually enter tickets. Sent numerous reports. Too bad. Great concept. Also, 2nd chance games (Goldfish...) Always crashed. Any winners out there??

Works perfectly, love the scanner!! The negative reviewers are probably using the wrong barcode (it's the weird one you have to scratch off). The app does need an exit button but that's the only negative I have...so easy to enter tickets!!

Initially, I had no problems scanning draw games but app would not scan numbers on the back of the cards. Had to enter numbers manually for instant games (scratchoffs). From reading reviews today, I realized I was scanning the wrong barcode on the back of game. Once I started scanning the barcode on the front of the game no more problems.

I can't believe how terrible this ap is. Billions of dollars brought in daily and N.Y. Lottery cant even invest in a decent working ap. Shame on You all. I'm uninstalling this ap won't be wasting any more of my time on this mess

The app is complete garbage. None of the entry methods work. It is obvious that like everything else run by the state, the money to create this app went into the pockets of some big wings relative who had little to no experience in creating an app instead of hiring a professional. This app is embarrassingly bad.

Great app. You need to learn that too close up may may not scan. Back up to 2 to 3 inches. Ticket should be on a flat surface and not in your hand. Steady with scanner and you are good. Never unable to scan, although had some that needed 2 attempts.

I just downloaded the app and it works great I just scanned in 25 tickets with no problems as I was entering them I was checking them I my laptop just to make sure they were getting logged in so much faster then keying them in. For those of you that are having problems with the scanner make sure you're scanning the right Barcode it's the one on the front next to the little white box OK good luck

I entered over 20 goldfish tickets and every single time the game for cash started the app crashed. So I lost all my chances at winning money and now the tickets are ineligible.

I had over 168 entries they disappear what happen i dont think so keep picking winners from certain areas yeah sure you rite. Uninstalled rite now.

The bar code scanner in this app is horrific. It takes me a minute just to scan a single ticket because the algorithm beneath the scanner is highly inefficient. I'm done using the app.

It seems like the same names keep winning to be so random. Also some of these names AND places look fake. I've inquired about this through email and got NO WHERE!!!!! There is something fishy going on here!!

Just don't work go to scan ticket but the screen is black ,,,the amount of money they take in you would think that they would put an app out that would be good and work ...

Scanned 1 Pac-Man ticket then locks me out for 24hrs. I'm scanning the front Barcode just faulty.

Garbage. Wouldn't scan any scratch offs and would crash.

App sucks.im no dumbass the scanner doesnt work.it worked the 1st 2 or 3 times after that i have to type in the numbers.im using the right barcode as it worked only 2 times.to the people who say people like me are doing it wrong noooooo we are not the app simply sucks if obviously countless people have the same problem.all the money they rake in cmon fix the app

KB2HPR - Did not scan instant (scratch off) game but worked fine on draw games.

It scans lottery tickets fine but scratch ones don't work..

It works but all winners are usually the same persons week after week and from the same area
