I dont understand all the complaints. I've used this on 5 different phones and no problems except every ten to 15 tickets i have to scan by hand but that's

Won't let ya scan tickets! I mean you can but every other ticket won't. I make sure the Barcode scan thing is scratch super good them wipe with a towel... just won't read... it's md way of offering something but stopping us from really getting the rewards... BTW I have a brand new s7 so can't blame the phone... it's probably faster to use a computer to just manual enter... shame on md lottery!

App worked great until I logged off. Now when I attempt to log on, it won't allow me to enter my password or email. This thing sucks.

The app barely works for scanning your lottery tickets. It's the main reason I installed it. It works about 30% of the time the other 70% of the time it gives you an error message. Out of the 30% of the time when it does scan almost half of the time it says bring it to retailer. Why make an app that has so many bugs in it. Please fix this or make an update that fixes this.

The scanning functionality does not work whatsoever. This fact makes the app worthless.

I tried signing up and it locked me out of registring my own account. As I used my information it is impossible for me to try registering again or making a new Account

App WONT SCAN the barcode on Scratch-Offs. Holding ticket/barcode in front of viewer does nothing! This is USELESS! I'm Uninstalling this crap! !

This is the most helpful app. I love the fact that you no longer have to enter the numbers. That was time comsuming.

Very useful app but for some reason lately I keep getting "we encountered an error, please try again later" I really never had any problems before this. Please fix

Tried both of my email addresses, and keeps saying they are invalid...won't let me contact someone because my email address is "invalid"

The check ticket tool has been showing "bring ticket to retailer" the whole day, doesn't give winner or not winner message.

You never win anything so it's no need to have this app it's a waste of space on your mobile device #facts☚

I scan my tickets, says they're not recognized and keeps locking me out. Not a reliable app.

Keeps logging me out after a few scans . Headache to keep logging back in please fix

This is, to me, one of the most useful apps I've ever installed. It used to take me forever to enter the numbers from my non-winning scratch offs into the rewards section but now I can just scan the ticket without typing anything. This is a must-have for all rewards members.

I love having the ability to scan my tickets now however, when I'm checking a lot of tickets, I often get an error that says we have encountered a problem and after a while it happens with every ticket until I restart my phone. Also, about 5% of my scratch offs still have to be entered manually because it will say entry not recognized even when the ticket is not a winner. It has a few kinks but overall still a great app and a must have for lottery rewards members.

Well worth punching in a ton of numbers and letters and now a friend told me about this app. The best app ever created no more punching and Punching numbers, We got a SCAN BAR Oh B4 i forgot i took most of my points and spent them on a flat screen tv. Nothing else mattered till i got it n the maill only took 2wks to arrive no cash neded. Just COME IN clean

I was wondering if the MD lottery had a app that you could scan the Barcodes to enter ticket numbers. No complaints from me, everything is working perfectly, scanned tickets, checked tickets for winners. Thumbs up!

If you are like me and you play the lotto heavy but you do not have time to enter the tickets one by one this is the perfect app to help you out. no gimmicks! you get exactly what you ordered from UPS, I was lucky because i just so happened to get a grill and it came the day before fathers day ..less than a week from the day i ordered it! App just has minor glitches/bugs

Everytime I get to the part where I have to enter my birthday it takes me back to the app home screen. So I'm not too happy. I can't even log on.

Sometimes I think it freezes up and I have to take a break and go back to scanning, but it let's me get a lot done before that happens, so I'm pretty happy.

App keeps closing. Wth. And why keep the other lottery app? Combine them please do we can check tickets and see results without 2 apps! Wasting storage.

Worked great. Then, kept asking me to log in. I did. Then it did nothing. So, I'll try again. 5 star before today!

This app will let you enter tickets for points, but it no longer lets me check tickets without continuous error messages

Works great with regular tickets but really hard to scan Instant tickets, and when it does scan, 50% of the time it comes back with an unrecognized ticket error. Certain scratch offs will not recognize no matter what.

Was spending so much time on my laptop manually entering tickets til I found this. Thanks MD Lottery for this functional app.

Will no longer scan tickets successfully. Loved it prior to update. Fix it, please.

Since last update(11/16) you can't scan tickets or enter numbers. It was working beautifully before the update...Black screen after scanning or entering numbers

Ask for my last 4 numbers of social security # I enter it and it locks me out this app truly sucks never again will I download it ever

The app crashes excessively! It's crashed on me 9 times in 20 minutes and 4 times in 3 minutes. Pages don't load well either. Coding must not be Android savey.

This app would NOT instal on my t-mobile galaxy not-3. Have tried for the past three weeks. It's very frustrating.

I went online to enter some ticket numbers and it said I could download app to make it easier says my email is incorrect but I am clearly looking at it on line right now so something has to be wrong with system

Not compatible with my phone because it doesn't auto-focus. Not compatible with my Tablet, my Motorola XOOM, can't get it for my Fire either. Shucks!

You don't know how frustrating it is to wait for an app until you use the check tool in this one.... really other level.
