At first it was great to be able to scan in tickets and enter additional contests. For the past month the app isn't accepting any scanned entries and malfunctions after I attempt to scan a ticket. I have contacted the NC Education Lottery and the customer support for the app which neither has taken the time to address the issue. Looking at past reviews it seems as is the problem isn't new. Please remedy this issue!!!

Tried to download and use for last three weeks to no avail. Re-installed many times. All I see is white screen. If this is the,best NCEL has to offer they need to step their game way up!

I like the ability to scan in tickets. Could be my phone, but when I elect to scan another ticket, I get a black screen which I cancel and then I have to select scan again to get the scan view. Update 7/10/2016: The aforementioned problem disappeared with an upgrade from Photon Q to the S7. Thus, and otherwise site is a 5.

Update: ok people at first I complained just like everybody else about it not scanning tickets anymore. So what I did was there's another kind of barcode looking thing above the bottom bar code, scan that and it worked it's just above the numbers that you have to log in manually on your ticket. I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to manually login everytime I open the app

It will only let you photograph some of the tickets and then it keeps telling you that it is the wrong one. Now the app won't even let you take pictures of the tickets it keeps telling you to download the app which I already did.

Even though people have repeatedly stated they get a white screen and can't use the app. Nothing has been done to correct this huge bug and the NC lottery support person even told me they had no complaints about the app not working. I told this person to look carefully at the reviews on the play store and you'd see many people are having this issue. So download and try you may be one of the lucke few that it works for.

The scan option will not come up. Unfortunately, this was the main reason I wanted to try the app. when contacting support they only reply with canned responses instead of acknowledging the information that was sent or that there is a known issue.

It wont let me sign in they don't have a help e mail or number to contact if all their "help" suggestions don't work and it absolutely wont allow you to sign in until that confirmation email is sent. Can not use this if I can not get in......Up date...i emailed the developer down below and it finally gave me my e mail. Now it works.

app doesn't work at all once you open it up all you get is a white screen. please fix this problem so I can enjoy my chances of winning again.

I downloaded the app 3 times and only have a blank white page with lucky zone in the top right corner and the 3 scroll lines in the top left corner when I hit the 3 scroll lines it gives me the options but when I hit any of them it just takes me back to the blank page again very frustrating please help I will rerate this app one it works I have now installed it over 10 times still doesn't work only get a blank white screen please fix it so it will work and I will rerate it 5 stars

I did love it especially to be able to scan the tickets on for the second chance drawings. It was down for a few days and now doesn't work at all.

Been using the mobile app for about a year now because it's very convenient to just scan in lottery tickets and scratch offs now it's not working at all..a white screen appears when it opens and it just stays there...please fix ASAP!

Everytime I click on the app, it's completely white. No log in or nothing. This two days now it's been doing this. What's going on?

App stop working after a 1yr tried to uninstall and reinstall still doesn't work? Now I can't play second chance!

Worked great the first couple of days and now it won't scan. Needs a scan feature to tell me if I won anything so I don't have to be around a lot of people when I hit the jackpot. Retaining you login would be nice too.

I have no problem scanning. Just makes it easier. What problem I have is the when I go go to view winners I have to hit view repetitively for it to actually work.

Having a lot of trouble scanning my tickets too. Do I need to download a better camera with a built in scanner or something?

It load up but when I press San ticket a white screen appear nothing their I wish they fix the app soon

The app is ok but it's rather annoying that I have to enter my login and password everytime I open it.

I love the concept, but...while scanning tickets, once i scan 1 & hit "Scan Another Ticket" to move to the next, the scanning screen shows up black with just the red scanning cross in it..so then I have to hit Cancel just to get out and hit "Scan a Ticket" again! EVERY. TIME. I thought that the point of having the "Scan Another Ticket" button was so we could continuously scan, but why have it if I have to repeatedly exit the scanning screen and start all over after each ticket??

Great app but would be awesome if was able to tell you if the card won. Do you know how many ppl throw away winning tickets? Alot

I want to rate this app highly but it seems really buggy. I tried to use the lottery purchase feature to no avail because its locating feature can't tell that I am actually in North Carolina. The scanner works most of the time, but there was a day when it refused to function for unknown reasons. And most recently I go to look at the winners of the drawings using the "view" button and nothing happens. I have used this feature in the past and it worked fine. What gives??? Thus my title: INCONSISTENT

I am grateful to have this app, it makes scanning easy but sometimes you might have a problem signing in. But I like scanning better than typing in all those codes!! B-)

Scanned the first ticket...before I could even look for a red line. Won't scan the second ticket at all...just keeps trying to focus...NO RED LINE AT ALL. Waste of space on my phone.

Apps need to be able to save your login, otherwise it's more convenient to just use the mobile website. On Winners > Game History, date picker doesn't work for filtering. I don't understand why most recent results are sorted to the bottom. If I get an email saying that a subscription entry just won, I want to be able to find out what won quickly, not page through multiple pages (why even bother with pagination - I can scroll quickly)

The ticket scanner isn't working at all I can't view my point history or anything.. I use this app all the time n now I'm just disappointed because I couldn't scan any of my tickets all day.

When I first downloaded last week, the scanner worked great. Tonight, it just continues to focus and refocus. . Won't scan any tickets.

Would give 5 stars if add a scanner to see if ticket won, like scanners in store. Just add a disclaimer saying "app notification of win is not official until verified by licensed lottery retailer"

Can't even log in, only shows a blank white screen.

Some days the app works great and some days the app is worthles! Tired of getting error messages and having to uninstal/install! Pain in the button sometimes!

Does what it says on the tin, but I've seen it toss up some odd errors that suggests it's just a front end for your browser.

This app has gone from perfect to disaster after the recent update. Just annoying & complete waste of time.

This is a great concept/idea, however I do feel as though it should have been in QA until it was more bug free. I'm dealing with an issue where I launch the app, and a white screen just appears. Hopefully, this is something on the host side of this application, however it would really be nice to have this fixed as I just purchased my Samsung Galaxy S6, and the app worked fine for all of maybe 2 weeks, and now I'm unable to scan from my phone due getting a white screen.

Saves time scanning barcodes but doesn't store password so every use requires logging in. Also the winner listings still shows every drawing category (it just hides specific draw dates) even when you filter by "My Entries" so it's very difficult to tell which drawings you have entered and requires a ton of pointless scrolling. Fixing these two issues would make a huge difference in usability and convenience.

I like this app. I don't have to do a lot to it. sometimes you have to update it but its still fine. It shows me the winning number and you can also use your debit card to purchase your number.

Unable to save login. Unable to extend subscriptions without the app crashing and having to start all over several times until it decides not to crash at any point in the process. Unable to save extended subscriptions to the cart so you can check out later.

Love scanning, no issues at all. I was on a roll of entering saved tickets because hated entering manually. Little did I realize there is a daily limit of 75 points...so I lost at least or more than 75 additional points. Thank goodness I saw the limit before scanning anymore!! My only dislike, otherwise would have rated 5!

I have been using the rewards site for over a year. Tried to install the scanner app on my android, and it says my password is invalid and will NOT send me back an email to change it so it will work. Now what?

Stopped working i can log in , but nothing else. Drop downs do not open. Tried it again after 3 weeks, shoed it scanned, did not confirm, and now scan button does not respond. FIX IT.
