It does freeze up occasionally and I don't like that it times out of session. I would rather log off when I am ready instead of having to log-in when the app decides I have not been using it for a couple of minutes. other than that, I LOVE IT!

I can rarely get it to scan tickets option. I can log in, but when I try to scan it says application error. Doesn't seem to matter if I have a strong or weak signal.

So glad they finally got a scanner app. Now if it just worked. I have a nexus 6 and it should have no issues at scanning. In fact it scanned all of my drawing tickets (kept saying they were old) but at least it scanned them. But scratch offs. You can forget it. Doesn't matter how you hold them, what light u use, auto focus on or off it simply will not scan them. To bad. I was really looking forward to this update to the app.

It was working great even just last month, but this month every time I've tried to scan in a ticket it will just go to the ASL loading screen and then back to the main menu. Nothing after that. I can type them in just fine but that is like the main purpose of most even having this app is because of the ease of being able to scan in the tickets especially for people who play alot throughout the month and have a large amount of tickets to enter

It wont let me login. Im using the correct info but it wont go past the login page. Very frustrating

I've had this app ever since it came available to download. I've never had a problem with it I can scan tickets way faster then I can key them in. Couldn't ask for a better app to keep up with ASL!

I have tried multiple times to register and It won't take my e-mail.

Ummm...I have installed and uninstalled this app twice it won't let me log in.......Also when I touch forgot password...It won't send to my email......Wth....

It wont except certain info in order to to actually use the app

I cannot get the app to load.

, what let me log in then what I did log in I had to change my email address and now it will not accept the password to my email address

Needed more help when I took it in the store where I got it they just wanted to sell me a new tablet didn't fix anything for me or tell me what I needed to do.

I would give it 5 stars but why does it say that the webpage is under construction but you go into it on your browser it goes into it hurry and fix it

No problems entering , scanning my tickets. Wish ALL states had this scan capability. EAZY PEAZY!

When I open screen stays blank

It was a 5 star until the scanner kept booting me back to the sign in page

I have tried multiple times to login with the correct ID and password and it will not go any further than the login page. It doesn't give an error or anything just stops at login page. I've even tried reinstalling the app and it does the same thing!!

Love that it scans the tickets instead of having to enter them on the computer! The only thing that I would change - I wish that it would not log you out automatically. Or, possibly a pin # to enter instead of the entire login details!

This is the most stupidest crappiest app I have ever downloaded. It will not scan the ticket until you try about 40 times then once it does it says does not exist. It will not verify even after putting in the ticket number and enter a number that the ticket even exist REALLY!!?!! I put the ticket number and enter number in 5x still says it does not exist please try again REALLY!!!??

Will not verify that I am me, even after it took all my personal info and ran. Maybe I should have used my maiden name, but women shouldn't have to do that.

If you have a crappy camera on your phone like I did, it wont play BUT I HAVE A SIMPLE SOLUTION! Before u say I'm stupid, TRY IT! (The ONE DISCLAIMER: it only works for scratch off tickets, and I have only tried this with an android phone). Go get a pair of tweezers that have a little round magnifying glass on them (they're usually brown plastic and cheap!) Break off the tweezers where you now just have the mag. glass and the handle only. Center the glass over the camera on the phone you want to use to scan in tickets with, and tape FIRMLY into place-I would use a SMALL piece of black masking tape. It's important that it's centered-it's kinda like putting glasses on your phone! ok-run the app, click "scan now" when the msg comes up-your camera isn't compatible, etc etc, then click ok. center the camera over the bar code, it works better for me turned sideways, and move it back and forth slowly to find the best focus point, then hold it still. Should work fine!

Crappy app. It doesn't say anything about your phone MUST HAVE AUTO FOCUS!!!

Tells me my account email is invalid. Frustrating

using galaxy s2. scan window does not open when button is tapped.

Can't access my account. ...I have been using a desktop and now got a smartphone and can't get into my account
