EPOC Respira

APP para el autocontrol del paciente EPOC y para ayudar al profesional sanitario a hacer su seguimiento.

Está aplicación engloba todas las áreas de intervención en el paciente EPOC (medicación, tabaquismo, nutrición, actividad física y conocimientos de la enfermedad) y le facilita al paciente toda esta información de forma escalonada mediante notificaciones programadas que recibirá en su dispositivo móvil.

Esta APP da mucha importancia a la gamificación para ayudar a la motivación del paciente, por eso todas las actividades que realice están puntuadas en un ranking y recibe mensajes de felicitación por seguir sin fumar y realizar la medicación y el ejercicio correctamente.

EPOC RESPIRA consta de dos perfiles diferentes:

Perfil PACIENTE

Distribuido por diversas pantallas encontrará todos los consejos, controles y ayuda para facilitar que el paciente EPOC tenga un buen control de su enfermedad.

Pantalla RETOS: Aquí encontrará todas las tareas pendientes de realizar, por defecto es la que visualiza cada vez que entra en la aplicación. Por eso, una vez contestados sus datos personales, de su enfermedad y la medicación que tiene prescrita, no necesitará ir a otra pantalla si no lo desea.

Pantalla RANKING: Todas las actividades que se le proponen están puntuadas. Vaya a esta pantalla para averiguar sus puntos totales y por temas.

Pantalla MEDICACIÓN: Registre la medicación que se toma para su enfermedad y cada cuánto se la toma y la aplicación le avisará cuando le toque. También puede apuntar qué tipo de inhaladores usa y consultar cómo se utilizan.

Pantalla TABAQUISMO: Ayuda y control para los pacientes fumadores y exfumadores. Con consejos personalizados y seguimiento durante todo un año para aquellos que decidan dejar de fumar.

Pantalla TEST: En esta pantalla podrá encontrar y realizar todos los Test que hay en la aplicación. Si se encuentra peor en los últimos días y cree que puede estar sufriendo una descompensación, encontrará en primera posición un sencillo test que le ayudará a orientarle.

Pantalla INFORMACIÓN: Educación sanitaria y actividades sobre qué es la EPOC y qué actividad física y dieta se le recomienda. También encontrará un enlace a nuestra página web con información ampliada.

Además de estas pantallas, la misma aplicación según como este de avanzada su enfermedad le recordará cuándo se le recomienda un control por su médico, enfermera y realizarse una espirometría. También le avisará de vacunarse de la gripe y el neumococo.

Múltiples pantallas de la aplicación (por ejemplo, las mejoras que percibe al dejar de fumar) las podrá compartir en redes sociales para conseguir el ánimo de sus amigos.

Perfil PROFESIONAL

Consta de dos pantallas: PACIENTES ASIGNADOS y TEST

Pantalla PACIENTES ASIGNADOS: La APP crea un código aleatorio al introducir sus datos personales. Si facilita este código a su paciente y él lo adjunta en la casilla correspondiente de su perfil podrá visualizar parte de las actividades que hace. Además, con estos datos, y si posee sus datos espirométricos, la APP le calculará su índice BODE/BODEx, su fenotipo y el tratamiento recomendado según la guía GEDAPS.

Pantalla TEST:

En esta pantalla podrá realizar varios test sin que tengan que estar vinculados a ningún paciente, para poder realizarlos con personas que no tengan la aplicación. Los test incluidos son:

* Test de Richmond
* Test de la Disnea
* Indice BODE/BODEx
* Fenotipo
* Tratamiento
