Can't make transfer
The app allows you to check your balance without having to log in. I like how easy it is to transfer money from one of my accounts to another. It's still not 100% but it's gotten a lot better.
Going up to 4 stars. I've had this app for over a year and they have made great improvements in the last quater. I can tell that they listen to our comments. I made a suggestion to show the available balance in the instabalance and I see they made the change. it went from a basic banking app to a banking tool. now I can check my credit score and login with my finger print. I'm most excited about seeing my available balance without having to log all the way in.
Used to be a 1 star app for the last two years until the previous two updates. Now I can finally log in without typing my password in every single time. Also, adding in the credit score feature as well as being able to see your available balance from the accounts screen (which I really like) are nice additions. Metro finally listened to its customers (or took capital ones advice lol) and made what I now think is a near complete app that actually has usefulness now. Great app now.
Mobile banking is down... AGAIN
Going from 1 to 3 stars now that I can login using a password manager. Was also able to do a remote check deposit. Security is still cheese. Questions like what's the first instrument you played or My favorite animal's name is unnecessary and annoying.
It fails to open into my account every time unless I have wifi. But my phone has regular data and access to Internet. Yet I keep having the same issue. Please help.
Slight improvements. Much better than the prior version that wouldn't allow you without WiFi.
The only reason that I really want this app is for mobile check deposits. That feature works in the iOS version, but it has never worked for me on Android, even on two different devices.
It anyways shuts down saying their is a connection or system failure. And I can't see my account info on here.
Giving me a hard time logging in. It won't log in unless connected to WiFi. It's won't work running on regular data

More improvements is needed
This app is slightly better than their website, but that is not giving them any bit of credit. They need some major help with their mobile and online platform. The only thing this app is reliable with is the installation. If you can avoid this CU at all cost, many other Banks or CU in the Northeast.
This app it's not the greatest you can not open your account number cause you need a internet connection.
You spend about 10 minutes trying to take a picture of your check to upload.
This app blows goats! It constantly resets my Saved I.d. ALL the time. It's a big financial institution, but their i.t. department must be real little.
This app is terrible. All functions of web version should be available in this app. The design is dreadful. Really, why have this app at all?
Terrible. Enough issues to make me reconsider doing business with metro
The app still gives wrong information about the credit card, like when the due date is for the card payment.

I have never had any problems with this app.
The recent update isn't allowing me to use my credentials. Error message pops up. Also should be able to add a payer in the app not just online. The quick feature to see your balance is not secure and although the feature is convenient security is lost.
Terrible app. Won't let me add new payees to bill pay. I can only pay bills to existing payees. Forcing me to use Pop Money instead of bill pay which requires you to know payees email address. Also doesn't have enough historical account information available. I'm a computer system administrator. I can only imagine how difficult this app is for non computer literate users. This app has been junk since day one.
This app always seem to be down, or having issues, and when its down sometimes its down for days at a time, very unreliable...okay when it actually works, which seems to be few and far between. In this day and age there is no excuse for a large bank to have such a faulty app... Get it together Metro CU.
Had some glitches with my other phone. None since I upgraded. Very convenient.
Despite using the right information, it got stuck on the security question and now every time I try to use the app, it locks me out of my account.
This app is Not a good reflection on the bank. This app does not work properly
Slightly better than banking through their website, but could use some improvements. 1. Check Deposit / Camera function is seriously annoying. It vertically letterboxes the image area which is terrible on my long phone (Samsung Note 2). It disables flash (meaning you have to dodge shadows while taking) & is picky about accepting images. & app doesn't validate images right away, but makes you do multiple tasks before validating & then fails & I have to retake both images. I currently spend 5-10 min per check before success. 2. No credit card details, just balance - I want to review statement/charge details like I can through website. That said, I'm not sure what the 1-star users are complaining about. I have always been able to log in fine & view my transaction /account details (I have 6 accounts, including mortgage & IRA), except for credit card details. Compared to other apps, it is decent & I've seen improvements as new versions come out (e.g., instant balance now available w/o log in). As a bank, Metro CU is great & it's well worth minor annoyances with app, but I do hope new versions will address my # 1 & 2 complaints.

This app is terrible. It makes the credit union look bad. Great credit union if you go there but using this app makes me want to change my bank...lol
The app is awful. I have opened an account at Bank of America. There app is awesome. Fingerprint login.. no forced texts to sign into online banking. Can freeze and thaw card in app. This app reminds me of somebody whos watched too much james bond... password only. Text verification forced. Tech help only avail M thru F day time 8 to 4 .. no holidays nights weekends. Seriously considering closing out my accounts because of the horrid backwards app. Not even a running balance shown. AAAAAASSAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH.

This app has improved but would love the pending transactions to be at the top of the account pages. Confusing at times.
