Reolink for Android
Still having loads issues connecting to cameras since last update on 3g and 4g and push notifications aren't working property. Work fine over WiFi though. Please fix always used to work fine!
Last updates have messed up the push notifications, and now I have a camera that won't stay connected. It was a 5 star before the updates.
DO NOT BUY!!!Worst camera available! Connection failures, playback not efficient at all. My Arlo Q cameras are 20 times better. DO NOT BUY!!!
Last two updates seem to have broken the cameras ability to stay connected to my network image freezes for hours or days with no indication unless you open app and try to view live stream. Worked ok until last 2 updates.
Good camera would be better if they made it easier to go back to old recordings and older dates and time the litte.graph is hard to read and can barley see blue line please fix
Playback is sporadic. Even with the lowest PIR setting I get false alarms very frequently.
Worked fine for a few months, now cannot connect remotely, only connection available if stood right next to camera, as soon as I leave Wi-Fi coverage NO connection as far as security goes might as well leave a brick to guard the place
It works great with the Rlc 410, but I can't see video from the Rlc 422 when I'm not on the same network . It works great on the home network, but over a different network I can only view the feed from the Rlc 410.

Since the update, the playback skips every 2 seconds. How do I change it back to having a consistent playback??
Connection to the wire camera drops regardsless of the client connected via WiFi or Cellular network.
App is ok. Notifications don't work. I set up the NRV to send out emails instead promotion that seems to work better. Overall I think it's probably the best system that I had reviewed most of the other ones had their bonuses but this one seem to encompass almost of my needs could be a little better
Very good. Keep it up. Update 17/9/17 , Dev updated app, much better design. 5 stars. One suggestion, if possible in next update , please increase recording more then 30 seconds in email attachment. Update 10/10/17, quashed bug by not being able to mark different positions on camera. Well done.
Update: false positives are endless no matter the tweaking, and I get video loss hiccups every other day or so. It's good to see the developers are continuing to update their product and stay up to speed. Biggest complaint is with motion detection and push notifications. I have turned the sensitivity down almost all the way and still get false positives, even with adjusting detection zones. It would help to have a timestamp on the notification so I can know where to review footage.
Was working fine before latest update. Now the SD card to not work. Please fix. 10/10/17 - Looks like problem is fixed. Back to 5 stars
I had some issues with the new app update...but the support I received was awesome....they were very patient and helpful. The company has great products and super support staff. Thank you
Getting worse.. Since last update I am not able to connect to the camera at all.
It works when it want too!! When it does it's great. Takes a while to connect on my phone. Has to try at least 5 or 6 times to connect, if it does.
Latest update has made a mess..have to put new password everytime..loses connectivity often..please fix!

DO NOT UPDATE IF YOU HAVE A C1 PTZ! What an absolute joke this has become. You've managed to remove a massive piece of functionality of my C1 by removing it's ability to playback content from the SD card, I'm talking total removal I can't view ANYTHING the camera records because the latest app update has taken away it's ability to do so! All I have is a live view and NOTHING else now! There's no way that this can be a big, surely?
App worked perfectly until the new update. Now I can't turn on motion alert. What happened? I have restarted NVR and deleted app. After reinstall it still doesn't work
I love the cameras but am having problems with playback. Frustrating as it uses battery while it's trying to load playback. ????
I have use this app with my 4 wireless reolink IP cameras. If works GREAT! Just follow the directions that came with your camera and you won't have any problem. Live view and recorded playback work perfect. I've been using reolink for over a year now and they have Awesome support and Awesome Products. My current setup is 4 - RLC-410WS cameras. A+ to Reolink.
Having problems with playback after latest version update. Continues to buffer and clips will not play consistently if at all.
After last update can't get the camera to recognise the SD card. Now it just works to watch it live or through email alerts. Totally useless. Please bring new update to fix it asap
Great! Very easy to use. I still use the desktop app to set up motion detection zones though. Not sure why the app doesn't have that functionality.
Unable to set the alarm warning feature on C1 PTZ.
Have a problem neighbor and this app and system is a lifesaver.
Why does it keep trying to use the camera on the phone? It only needs to stream from the camera right?
The app that was in place before the update I liked better.
2017-09-17 Installed new updated version. It seems to have corrected the balanced mode loss. New front end looks sharp and new feature allowing more precise playback ia great. Good job on improving previous version. Since the new update, the app has been inconsistent at most. Prior to the update I had the ability to stream in balanced mode...now it's normal and clear. Sometimes Balanced mode will re appear totally random!!! Please fix it!
I have the Argus model. Everything is good. Only option I wish the camera/app had was a way to block out motion detection areas. I live on a fairly busy road. I have to angle the camera down more than I would like to get my whole yard. The windows app also doesn't find my camera for some reason. Overall it is a great camera.
Great camera system... Very reliable. Developer note: Please add ability to speed up the playback. If a short duration incident occurs during the night it usually takes a long time to find it. Double or triple speed playback would be a big help.
What are you guys doing. Last update lost balance mode. Now it just shows up whenever. Now if I try to watch a certain playback, it's buffers like crazy. Not smooth at all. Before update, I could pick a playback spot and watch it smoothly.
This app has improved a lot. Just wondering where to shut off the led status indicators? Also, wish the Keen could have preset positions and color mode at night.

Playback works well on fluent stream setting. I like the new download function too. I'm using the app to monitor 2 Argus cameras which are connected to a mobile hotspot on Verizon's 4G network. I'm barely using 2 to 3 gigs of data for an entire month for both cameras combined, and that includes using the playback and downloading functions. Company support has been superb for issues I had early in my use of cameras and of app.
