iVMS-4500 HD

Crashes when I try to add a device. I enter all the information and click the save icon and it kicks me back to my home screen. Android 4.0

Got new HIKVision system and having a nightmare to get this app running. Galaxy 7 Edge, 2 ipad minis and iphone 6 : not running, no add p2p cloud option, add online device will result in incorrect user name or password errors. Only on my ipad Air 2 it works properly, miraculously there is then an add p2p cloud option and adding the device via this works. The App is really good on the ipad Air 2 but all the other devices failure so this is a disaster, thinking about returning the system. Also on my Mac i try to get it working with the only available app ivms 4200, but couldn't get it running.

Why did you have to update this app only to ruin its functionality compared to the previous version. This is really bad. Now I'll have to try and find the old version....!

Y'all destroyed the app with this update. Aspect ratio is completely off. The changed interface made it extremely clunky to attempt to use and everything but improved and user friendly. Full screen? Bring back the previous version.

The rating is for the previous version. The latest upgrade has spoilt the app. 1) video size is better in old version 2) processing speed has reduced compared to older version. If possible revert back to old version.

New update on 21 Jan 2017 is terrible. View management is difficult. There is no full screen option. What were you guys thinking while taking this leap? Screwing the aap?

New update made UI worse, ugly huge red bar on top eats into the display. Make fullscreen possible again, for Gods sake!

Instead of making a good faster update you destroyed this app. I will uninstall and put the previous version. Latest update is slow as hell in viewing and the aspect ratio is awful

Latest update no longer works on my Fire! I did not manually download update because of BAD reviews, but it somehow automatically updated immediately after I just opened PREVIOUS version, which had worked GREAT.

The bar at the top stays and aspect ratio of screens look weird. Push notifications don't work even though the toggle is on please fix this.

Who the **** is writing your apps? The previous version was working good this one is useless. Is it possible to revert to the previous version?

New update messed up all my settings I was hapy with my previous version and now it's all distroyed I can't view nothing it's all blank.

Constant crashes and freezes when showing camera views. Aspect ratio messed up. Can't do full screen

Like others have said the new update doesn't take advantage of the space in full screen mode for phones as the aspect is now weird but the update is ok on tablets

Fullscreen ??? I mostly like the update and am thankful for efforts to improve, but fullscreen gone missing needs to be fixed ASAP please.

Since the update they have ruined the app

Lost ability to search in playback with a date range. Need to be ble to view full screen in live view mode. Also need to be able to zoom in live veiw mode.

From all the reviews I'm not even going to waste my time loading this app until has a better upgrade

Need auto event playback from phone notification and i would like it to play all favorite camera along with the event camera.

Remove red bar on top and enable fullscreen. Get back old app until you resolve this.

New version sucks. The old version is 3.4.2 for anyone looking.
