Please check as I could access app on 15/05. My phone ran Android (6.0) update on the operating system but now cannot access app. then tried to uninstall and reinstall but this is not working now can't even get past the region selection to finalise settings. This is fix is app not working after Marsmallow andriod 6.0 down load older version 4500 work but not sure if all functions will be that great

What is this and how is it different from the other app which is named exactly the same. Hikvision please sort out the naming because im sure i wont be the only person confused by 2 apps named exactly the same.

Cause of "lost connection error " . Got rid of Direct TV and that error stopped occuring. Seriously was getting lost connect error a couple times a day or more and haven't had an issue in 3 weeks since I got rid of the DTV. Some kind of interference issues.
