Runs VERY slow when it works, sometimes locks up. Needs revisions.

I cant send recorde videos on whatsapp giving error that video format not supportrd. Also there is no other way that i can change the download location of videos and photos so i can easily find and share from gallery. Using galaxy s7 edge mobile

In most part it has been a decent app but issues change every update. Some get fixed others occur after. Now I cannot go into full screen mode properly by rotating phone landscape. Please fix this on next update.

Best streaming quality of all 4 different apps I have tried but cannot change sensitivity of PTZ control. Spins wildly so cannot locate a specific point of interest and Zoom in? Should be an easy fix.

Whenever I open this app, it crashes and comes out. Even after sending the feedback, no one responded.

Not working at all Nokia 8. Logs in fine, but won't stream cameras via 4g works fine on any WiFi (not just on same network). If stream started on WiFi then switch to 4g it continues OK. HIK vision support don't seem to be interested in fixing. Even offered Logcat.

Since it switched to hik-connect vs hik-online. The process of having to log in every 7 days, also forced you to reload all camera windows. I have them set up in a non-sequential order and it's a pain to rearrange them every week. Please change this to save settings and password. Using a pin or fingerprint is a much better feature. I'm sure others would agree!

It was working perfectly fine on other phones. But in MiA1, it conflicts with incoming call screen. No UI is shown on incoming calls when it's running. Kindly fix the issue. Thanks.

I've had this app for years on my iPhone no issues really good. Now on Android half the cameras take ages to load or don't load. Picture quality not as good. The app does not half the features ????

This freaking apps doesn't work. Its keep saying username doesn't exist even when my username is correct.

Great app, one issue I have, I can't add new devices while in landscape mode, and because of that, I can't use it in my android tv-box.

The app doesn't allow access to the most of camera settings. The image is rendered with awful distortions in the live view, when other apps render it properly. Cannot set alarm to receive notifications

Too many bugs after the update when i log in again it is showing to login repeating unlimited and when i logged in through the ivms 4500 hd it is working fine.
