I have a business and installed cctv. installer said only this app supposed to work to with my cameras however it works when first install for a few hours then it won't connect .I have uninstalled and reinstalled for many times with no success

Comparatively a better app. Only one problem- have renamed in P2P but cant see when linked in app (shared devices)

This application does a great job !! It is far superior to the Speco app. I have used in the past.

After updated app slow to connect and take forever to play live camera, cam not available sometimes. Microphone not working properly. Pls fix

After the last update to ivm-4500(4.5.0) the app was a total disaster .. I was unable to see my cameras on my phone . Tried to contact hikvision Support they say they gonna look into it....With the new update you have to go to the whole process of registration again and after you register and try to watch the live feed all you get is a( error code 42) well I end up downloading this version which is the one I using right now...It works pretty good...But my question is..Why when you guys do updates Everything change ? The entire layout of the app is different even the way to app your device is different now ... People definitely is going to be going crazy trying to figure it out how to get the app to work again...Hope you guys think about it..

This app was working on prior version but now it will only play recorded data remotely. It can't connect to my cameras anymore so i can't get a live view. I've emailed them a couple times but still haven't got a response

Camera views have to be refreshed frequently and takes time to load up the views. I only have this app because it's what the security camera installer put on my phone.

Can't connect through love view our remote playback if I'm not home. When I'm home I can connect, what's the point of having this app if I can't see my home security away from home?!

Been using for about a month now an am very impressed. Rock solid, never hangs or crashes, intuitive and easy to use with high quality video over any network (3g, LAN, other Wifi). Don't know if all that's attributable to my NVR and cameras(made by LTS) but this setup works perfect for me. I feel bad for everyone with so-so results but I just checked in on my cameras from a friends house and everything is working perfect.

Used MeyePro for a while until I got tired of ads. This apps connects quicker and offers more features. So far very happy with it.

App is super glitchy force closes constantly and will not support the remote playback feature... Live view is sometimes unresponsive... Devs need to overhaul app please

Most of the time I get bring my cameras up. And it takes forever to pull them up and it says not connect to DNS fix it

Seems like I'm getting a bunch of ads since the last update, WTF!!!!! Can't access cameras for long periods of time, all day today, NOTHING!!!!

This app works quite well but it's not surprising to see all the bad reviews because face it, most people have no clue how software, networks or anything else works. One person complained that this app prevented his lock screen from coming up. This is totally untrue. It may use a wake lock and prevent sleeping but pressing the physical off button to turn the screen off will cause the lock screen to activate unless the the settings for your lock screen have a timeout value set. Works great for me.

Fantastic app guys very basic to setup very user friendly and super reliable!!!! LOVE IT just one thing developers u want this for my laptop windows based please please please help

No support from guarding rep guarding sucks no website no phone number and Rep wouldn't call me when I had a problem until I text him to tell him I wanted out $3200 gone

So I have an error code but how do I find out what it is? Can you put something in the help for error codes?

Work's quite well but seems to have affected the screen lock option on the Sony Xperia z this causes a security problem with the phone

It's one of the best app I have used so far. I have not encountered an issues at all.

What is different about this app compared to the official IVMS 4500 app?
