16 MAY 17: It WAS fabulous... Until the last "update..." now it's USELESS. It sits at either the loading screen or a black screen and freezes my phone. Also, it'd be fabulous if I could go back and update prior days 04 SEP 17: As it's been almost four months since my review of the GARBAGE update, I figured I'd give it a whirl again... NOPE... STILL GARBAGE. I went to get developer contact info to email them and it says last update 11 MAY 17... ????

Used this app a while back and used to be great but installed and uninstalled and reinstalled over last 2 days just to make sure and it will not work just goes to a black screen. So it is unusable at this time. If it gets fixed will be able to give a different review.

I LOVED this app! I have very specific pollen allergies, which are rag weed and cedar trees...this app let me know EXACTLY when I would have problems, but NOW? It just goes to a black screen...it's now useless and no one will address it ????

First time user b/c my physician referred me but app won't load. Screen goes black or stays on another screen about the the rules for use. I'm uninstalling immediately.

Useless. Asked location and became a black screen and freezes up everything. On Samsung galaxy s8 with everything updated, not stupid, know my phone and tech. Your app fails and needs work while I sit here suffering. Thanks for nothing.

It's like everyone says, the second you tell the app your location it goes to a black screen. There's no settings or navigating in and out. It doesn't tell you anything about allergies at the moment. Whatever "minor bug" they "fixed" in their last update broke the app and renders it useless.

Wow you guys have bad reviews going back to at least May and you still have not addressed the update that broke the app? That is not a good look at all. I used to love this app during my allergy season (ragweed) and it's that time of the year again, so I was going to install the app again. But I see you made it entirely useless. Why not just remove it from the app store if you are going to just abruptly stop supporting it?

I did like the app, but just like others are saying it won't even open now. I came to the app store to uninstall and reinstall it, but according to some that doesn't work either. Maybe I'll uninstall until the app is actually working again. Or find a new one. I need to be able to track allergies.

Since the last update, it doesn't open. Causes my phone to freeze up and I completely have to reboot. I love this app, but I have to uninstall. Hopefully you guys will fix this. And when you do, please add a feature that allows us to update previous days, that's the only problem I ever had with the app, at least until this last update.

I used to love this app, but they did an update that totally ruined it. I can no longer get it to open on my phone. It just goes to a blank screen. I have deleted and redownloaded it, but still the same. I hope they get it fixed, as it was very useful for allergy sufferers.

Update broke app. No longer works. I had hoped update fixed the "Record your symptoms" bug where it never remembered the time I told it to remind me.

Deleted after about 2-3 weeks. Every time I wanted to use it, the initial screen would come up, then a black screen, and then nothing. It makes everything freeze up.Deleted.

Useless. The app is only a black screen. No updates. No fix. 5+ months; clearly the developers have moved on to focus on other things. Useless.

I used this app daily, but like many others now I only get a black screen. I also tried reinstalling, but to no avail. Please fix the app, I use it daily.

Agree with most of the recent reviews... this was a great app, and it has been broken with a black screen since the last update. It's unbelievable that the developer hasn't reverted to the previous working version.

I have installed and reinstalled twice and I can't get this to work. It either goes to a black screen with nothing or sits at the loading screen until my phone says it's not responding and to close it. :(

It doesn't work at all. It either freezes on the home screen or turns black. Apparently everyone else has been having the same issue for at least a month now. Don't bother downloading!

chalk me up for another one where it stuck, and black screened on the install. does nothing, 25 megs to download, probably larger installed. i'll keep it for a bit longer, hope they update it again.

This is a joke! I get the opening screen. Then the phone freezes up and nothing happens. Never seen anything like it. Stay away!

Can't find zipcode. Had to uninstall. Update, now shows zipcode, but locks up right after that with a black screen. Sigh

I loved this app but after the last update it will not load...black frozen screen. I hope you can fix this soon...it is the height of tree pollen season!

I never got to try the app because it crashes to a black screen after you open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens.

Well I figured I would try after all the recent negative reviews.... But it locks up and doesn't work.. uninstalled 4 minutes after I downloaded it..

Won't open. Gets to finding location, then blank screen or no response. Galaxy S6, Android 7.0

The app doesn't work. You get an error message that the app is unresponsive, or you get a black screen.

I was excited for an app to help monitor my allergies but I can't get it to get past the splash screen. Doesn't work at all.

Downloaded it because I've been having some serious allergy issues lately. App never even opened. It shows the loading screen and crashed every time. Seems that my case isn't unique by any means based on other reviews.

I had hoped the black screen issue experienced by other reviewers had been fixed. But apparently not. I could get the app to open either.
