First, set the sounds and text you want to use to surprise and embarrass the swiper.
Then load any picture you like from your favorite photos app.
Wait for them to do what they always do with your pics and watch their surprise!

When they swipe, they'll be treated to the picture being replaced by their ugly mug as it rings the alarm announcing to everyone that they are a dirty filthy swiper. Then for more fun, the phone takes their picture, adds the message you wrote and saves the pic for you to laugh at later.
