Everytime I try to submit a refill it takes forever to load then it ends up saying that the system has timed out! Use to like it because it was handy but not anymore!

Sends reminders even though I turned them off and it continues to send them anyway; otherwise very handy & keeps records of all refills ordered through this website. Sometimes it will not connect with my pharmacy and I have to uninstall the app, then reinstall it again, then re-enter my information all over again, which is very very irritating.

It keeps saying ALERT! no response from the server. Try again. Doesn't have my list of meds anymore. Guess I'll talk to the automated guy!

99% of the time it doesn't show medication history. When requesting refills get an error message that there was no response and request cannot be processed.

Unable to fulfill refill request

I left having the info at my fingertips. But I would like to be able to reorder my scripts without having to retype everything every month.

Not a well-planned app. For some reason, you can't put prescriptions in advance so that you can pull up and order when needed. This means you have to have the prescription number with you when you make the first order. I don't want to go dig that up when I need a refill.

After you type in all of your prescriptions and hit the refill button nine times out of ten it tells you resubmit cannot reach server their last update destroyed the app that used to be phenomenal

I love going inside my pharmacy, the people are awesome, professional and the scripts are cheaper than my previous pharmacy. I like that they call and remind you when your scripts are ready. I was surprised to hear you can have them mailed directly to you. I downloaded the app, but it won't pull my pharmacy up at all with the correct information entered. It's very disappointing. Looks like I'm not the only one by all the reviews. Please fix!!!

I loved the app but since the last update it does not work

Loved this when I first downloaded it, but will NOT work since the update. Others have told you this for the past 2 months now and you don't seem to care to fix it, nor can we Uninstall the update that screwed it up. I have also let My Pharmacy/Pharmacist know

Since the last update I get an error message whenever I try to use the app to refill a script.

Just registered and it doesn't automatically pull up any of your prescription history or current usage. All it's good for is manually entering your current prescriptions to get refilled. Needs more features... update: uninstalled

Set my password but wasn't allowed to log in after 9 tries! Then was told reset password instructions would be sent to my email within 10 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. BAD APP.

JUNK...don't waste your time. Will work for a short period of time then forget it . Canned support responses....waste of space and memory.

This is a fantastic and very convenient app. I use it for all my refills. It is a little quirky at times but it is easy to learn. Every time I've had a problem I have called the team and they have resolved the issue for me. Their customer service is second to none! I use this on both my computer and my phone and would be lost without it. I like that they send my text messages just a little after noon. Their consistency makes it very easy for me to pick up my prescriptions before they close for the day.

This app used to work great but now it won't submit refills and all of my saved prescription info is gone. Please fix!!!

I updated the app and it didn't work. So I uninstalled it and then installed hoping it would work. Still will not let me order my medications. Worked perfectly before the update.

Very useful! Not something I use everyday, but it makes refills so much easier.

After selecting my preferred pharmacy it freezes. I believe there is a pop-under screen to verify my selection, but I can't get to the screen to verify it.

Works great fot my needs. Plus, I love my Health Mart pharmacy. Independent pharmacy with great technology. Perfect combination.

Something I would like to see added is. When you have multiple prescriptions to refill you should be able to go through and check mark the ones you need and send it as one,instead of having to do them one by one.Thank you

No need to phone in refills, just send them a message and they just fill it.

Every time I try to register, it tells the DOB field is required even though its clearly filled in. uninstalled.
