mymacca's Mobile Ordering - McDonald's Australia

Order was totally wrong at the store end compared to what I ordered online. I can't add tomato sauce to a fillet of fish after taking off tartare sauce. They obviously put the fries in the bag waiting for the burgers when the order was wrong. They were freezing cold and soggy. I will review my score when an order is right and I don't have to wait in a car park and when tomato sauce is available on a fillet of fish.

Rewards don't work. Was offered 25% off my first order a few months back. Never got the discount, staff in store couldn't help, submitted feedback via the app and never heard back. Now, as I write this, I have an email telling me to access a 20% off offer through Rewards. I'm accessing the app with the same account I received the email on, yet the Rewards button just says "check back soon." If this app were from anywhere else, you'd almost call it a scam.

I've posted a acouple of bad reviews for this app (if you can call it that) previously. Thought I should provide an update. It's interesting how the apps struggles through when ever there is no rewards offers. Once a rewards offer comes around without fail the app goes to not working again. Once the offer expires. . . Miracle of all miracles, the app will work again (as best the stinking piece of dung will do anyway). EVEN IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE ZERO STARS THST YOULD BE GENEROUS. . .

experienced worse than ever. most of time the app wont work properly. it mean to be cool and convenient to order via a mobile app. sometimes I spend more than half an hour to get it work, sometimes it wont work totally. those appealing deals available on the app sometimes are useless.

The quality of this app is poor. I expected better from a huge corporation like McDonald's. It's very unstable and unreliable. It's one of the worse apps I've used, even little 3rd party independent developers produce much better quality apps than this.

App seems to work fine. But I've never ordered anything because the English Breakfast wrap is not on the menu. There is no way of contacting them or giving feedback. I think they know know how bad they are but people keep coming back so they don't care about feedback.

Crashes upon opening. Restarting app sometimes gets it working. Tried on 3 different phones all suffer the same symptoms. In the time it takes to load the app successfully, have the app refresh the menu, then create an order. You can order the traditional way and finish eating your meal.

Constantly dropping out. Error upon error. Quite often the order isn't communicated properly to the store. Get some advice from kfc on how to develop it!

When it works it was great, it reduced errors when ingredients were changed. Since the family boxes were removed it sucks we are back to getting the wrong order constantly.

Finally fixed the inability to order from local stores yay. If you could get the free coffee to work with meal orders that would be great :)

Update: They removed family boxes from the app, bunch of pricks! Terrible written application, utterly shameful.

It's an app with loads of crashes, I can't even order value boxes(McClassics and McValue) on this app, I'll have to go into a local macca's to order it. What a shame for the app.

Well installed and registered. That's fine. Submitted order. When i got to the store it told me im not at the store. Then it have me an error message....

So after you get the order done, you can't even press place order. Half the buttons in the app don't work. Complete waste of time!!

Terrible app, hire a proper android developer, really poor app. Need special offers for app users

Sydney Olympic Park store is not showing flat white coffee and many other hot drinks.

App freezes or crashes on start up. Should be able to expect better from a corporation like McDonalds.

Pull your head in and employ someone that can make this app work. For a large international chain I would have expected this app to be top notch but a child could probably create something of the same quality, possibly even better.

Soon as I started it, it froze. Closed and started again, won't let me press anything or type in the "city or address to find the closest restaurant". I know nothing about making an app, but didn't think an app by a company so big could be this bad

It's 10am and it tells me my regular meal I want ready when I get to the place won't be ready til after 23:00. The store is also on the middle of a shopping centre and closes at 5-8 depending on days and it says it's 24 hours. Had trouble ordering and kept closing the app on me

I'd waste my time writing a negative review but just take your pic from the countless 1 stars beneath me. Ditto to them. App is useless.

Update provided does not recognise my sign in or email when clicking reset PW. Reading through the reviews it seems like a massive issue and the app deemed worthless. I would expect an immeditate rollback of the latest release, further beta testing, and the releasing of the staff who authorised the go ahead of an incomplete app update. Let me know if you require new staff ????????????

Broken AF!! I just updated it and now I can't even sign in because it says my email is not registered. I can't even sign in to the website through the browser on my laptop, it also tells me that my email isn't registered. McDonald's has totally f***ed up this time

The app was awful when released, I mean so bad it should not have been publicly available. Slowly it got better until it was just 'bad', you could use it some of the time. However latest release takes it back to useless, can open the app and exit the app none of the buttons respond to touch anymore. Honestly fire the kid in his bedroom that made this app and hire a new team. It's an embarrassment to your brand.

Revised my 5 star down to a 2. Everytime I open the app I am told authentication error and I have to sign in again. It's slow, sometimes text doesn't show up. The only thing saving it, is when it does keep my logged in, the order goes through fine.

Honestly you need to fix this and make the app as functional as the world wide good reputation the company has!! Glitches sign in issues even locational...dont send also email offers when the app isnt even working with such a fast use by date also. A shame i love maccas but this app...not good.

Get a new developer already, the app is and always will be terrible until you do! Not only frustrates us customers but also the poor staff! Always an error when selecting dine in or take away. Then when you choose drive through it doesn't even show on their system!! Not to mention the GPS jumps all over the place for some reason - works fine on other apps

Does not work. Tried multiple times at various McDonald and it downloads menu items for ages and I just gave up after 5 mins. Worst fast food app hands down. Not that Macca's would care anyways. Lift you game BC you app is so poor.
