Even if the coupon doesn't work you would think that anyone in the customer service industry would know to give the customer the discount anyway. NOPE! Not McDonald's. And they were very rude about it too. After the 3rd time of this happening I've learned I need to take my business elsewhere

It was great at 1st came out deals like $4 off of $20, $3 off of $15, buy one get one Big Mac, Free Frie Friday etc. then they did an update and now it SUCKS! They put the same deals you get at the restaurant. The app keeps freezing.. Now it just plain sucks

The review system forces me to give it at least 1 star to review. It deserves 0 stars! Why does it require my location turned on? It should use the store **I** choose by area I select and stores **I** have set as favorites! The deals are no better than the coupons in flyers handed out in stores. This app is nothing more than a data mining malware! Deleting!

I never even got to use the app to its full potential because it kept sending me to my location settings whenever I clicked a button. Its bull that you have to constantly have to have location on for the app to work at all. Putting that aside I even turned on the location settings and it still just keeps sending me in circles to different menus that do nothing. This app is garbage.

Can't go wrong with free nuggets every time the local minor league baseball team scores big. Whoever arranged that deserves a raise and promotion! Even on a keto diet this app is well worth it. McDonald's has stepped up their freshness factor on the food, give or take a bun, and their coffee doesn't taste like arse-crack juice anymore, it's even good straight. Sometimes I'll roll around twice just so that my chocolate lab gets some free goodies too. Would give the app and restaurant chain both 5 stars if their app didn't require your GPS location to be known at all times. What's up with that?

The app is slow. I have to constantly log in - always tells me my password is wrong. Takes forever to load and open. The deals are fairly good but you can't use them if you can't open the damn app!?

The app has good coupons and savings. But very disappointed, for a company the size of McDonald's, to have an app that frequently quits working as often as this one does. The last time it quit working I lost my 4 rewards credits for McCafe.

There must be a glitch in the Mccafe because soon as i got my 5th coffe it disappeared and i am not able to recieve my free coffee. I also thought maybe i got a free coffee on that visit but i checked my receipt and i paid for my Mocha so sad. I would like to be able to get a free McCafe

When it works it's good. Unfortunately, I was traveling and it wouldn't work properly throughout my trip. Very bummed. UPDATE: I have tried to use it multiple times while back home and almost always (99%) it says it's unavailable. REALLY SUCKS!

The newest update won't let me login, or reset my password. Wouldn't let me login through Facebook, Google, or email address. Now useless!! The update that was supposed to fix some login issues now makes it impossible to login at all. Uninstalling.

Love everything about the app, especially free food, drinks and $ off the total. The only downfall is that the 2 McDonald's I visit, their scanners are often not working so the cashier has to manually put in the codes.

Many bugs in your app, especially the punch for frappes. I have filled 3 of them and no free one shows up. Just adds more punch cards. I buy at least 1 every day so am not happy to not get my free ones. This just started about 3 weeks ago. What can you do for me? I want my free mocha frappes!!! You also need to train employees better about this app. Many don't have a clue.

The bar code doesn't work properly & will not stay my phone app. I purchased two fruit smoothies & other day two frappe's, two of them was showing but now there's nothing there. There's empty

App never works and the McDonald's workers are rude about it like you're doing something wrong. It's a scam. They try the code they scan the phone they read it clearly then tell you it's not valid and charge you full price.

Enough is enough. Hire ppl who are actually capable designing apps that work! Fire the whole team. I can't believe a large company like McDonald's doesn't even have the proper tech team to design its app. Shake my head... Tsk tsk tsk

App changes features in the background. Sometimes it credits your combined coffee purchase and sometimes it doesn't. It randomly deleted my coffee purchase credits. Also, MD's is notorious for offering specials like any size coffee for $1, then pulling them. As for the daily deals those are good. Overall the other disappointments discouraged me from using the app as much as I initially did. Great app in the beginning. I no longer recommend friends to use it.

I would rate 5 stars however, like some of the other reviews that I've read, the buy 5 get the 6th one free is false advertising. Your drink purchases don't show up or show up then disappear. Why bother having that leading people on to purchase the McCafe drinks.

When I try to log in with Google it takes me to the registration screen and proceeds to tell me I already have an account, which obviously I know cuz I'm trying to sign in! I'm unable to access account.

I would rate this zero stars but Google won't allow anything lower than one star. This is textbook Bait and Switch. They get you into the restaurant. You order the discount item. Scan the code and it comes up "not valid'" even though your phone screen CLEARLY indicates otherwise. Counter help shrugs and asks if you want to pay full price for the item. Classic "bait and switch", THIS SHOULD BE illegal. Maybe state attorney general would be interested? Used to be a loyal McDonalds customer but I guess they don't need me anymore...

fix this app. every "deal" text is cut off. so i dont even know what half of them are really for. "free s or m fry with a..." is all i can see on the deal page.

This app needs some work. I have been cheated out if my free Carmel Mocha at least 4 times! Fix it please!!

The McCafe part of the app keeps resetting. Everytime I get close to a free one it starts all over again. Yesterday I needed 1 more stopped today and it says need 5 more again! Been going twice a week or more getting a frappe and still have never got the free one.

This app constantly crashes on you and logs you out to where ur logging in almost daily. Purchased enough McCafes to get 3 free ones. My first one i received. My 2nd, i never received and it cleared my previous purchases and went back to zero. I thought i was tired and just forgot i received my free one until today. On my 3rd free one i made my order, never received it for free and it cleared all previous purchases. What a scam just to get you to keep going back. Im done with this app and done spending money at McDonalds. PS ill just go back to the 711 app, at least their app is legit and they do give you your free coffee every time.

Absolutely refuses to give me McCafe rewards. App says it is unavailable. Contacted McDonald's, that too was a waste of time. Only got lip service, no resolve. This has been going on for 5 months.

Not fun accepting terms everytime the app opens. Not fun waiting for login page to load and have to click view deals multiple times to actually load the deals. Updates have just added fluff and less ease of use

Repeated login fails on both Google and FB links, as well as the irritating email reset pages I've viewed trying to get this working for 3 days on fresh install. Galaxy On5 removing.

I like the deals you get on they are awesome but I don't like the fact that I start to earn my mcCafe's and I will have 3 or 4 then a couple of days later I have to resign in and they are gone so never get to enjoy my free one..

Forces you to enable GPS and share location for all deals. Horrid design and I am will uninstall it shortly.

The app refused to let me log in to my account again. So far I have made 3 separate accounts all of which I can't sign back into once I log out. I hate this app

While you get free food, it's the same foods offered over and over and over. Also the McCafe reward system is constantly NOT registering my purchases which means I rarely get to redeem my free one. Lastly, the app constantly logs me out or "requires authentication" so nothing will load.

I've been trying to get my free frappe bit every time I get to the 5th one it disappears. This has happened to me 2 weeks in a row. Im deleting this app today. I literally buy 2 carmel frappes a day amd have yet to get my free one!

Worked great when it first came out now no coupon I try works even when I select the location I'm at manually. The only thing its good at is spamming my notification tray.

App is a piece of crap! Everytime I get 4 mccafe drinks, when I open app they suddenly disappear. They go back to 0 and I have to start all over???

It wiped out my coffee purchases when i updated the app and I was ready to get a free coffee. The app does not always work. Some McDonald's will not take them.

Has some good deals, ask for my zip to get local restaurant deals ok but why does it then insist I turn on my location. It will not work if I don't do I get no deals.

I had 4 McCafe drinks on here and after the last update they are gone!!! I have missed out on a lot of free Frappes since you started this online program!!! Either the scanners don't work at the store; or the app doesn't work. BRING BACK THE COUPONS!!!

I rest my phone put the app on my phone and it will not let me on.used my gmail instead of my email.did not work had it on Facebook did work in till I got off of Facebook. Can not get on it wow. It sucks.

Slow to download, servers off line frequently so deals don't show up. Location services break sometimes. All in all disappointing app for such a large conpany.

Sick of having to either log in or accept "new" terms every time I run it. I don't have to do that with Starbucks or Dunkin donuts apps, and they carry monitory balances.

Its all good as long there's no glitch on my app. In which sometimes there is. And its annoying.
