I have bad experience with the app and with tony the teller even more.. It those not work i have to be going to the bank. Waist of time

Very outdated. More and more people are using mobile apps for their banking needs and having one this unstable and clunky isn't good.

Information is accurate and up to date. Love the instant balance checking feature. I gave the MobiMoney app a try as McCoy suggested using it, but I prefer this app. Hopefully they keep it around.

Shuts down when uploading check pics using Moto G4. All else seems to be okay

Works Great

It would work for certain amount of time and then all of a sudden I can't even get my balance it tells me that I have the wrong PIN number and I know I'm putting the Right One In

On my old phone it worked just fine. I get a new phone and it works fine for a few days and just decides to stop working. So I have to use my mobile browser and log in there to check my account balances and such. It's annoying

Will be awesome if they make it available to deposit checks on the app. An app with the balance does nothing usefull for me. I can go online for that.

Old time problem with password

It is so difficult for me to use because it's just too many times that errors or system failed occurs and it happenes so often that it comes to a point where it locks me out of my account and I'm constantly having to call to get unlocked please fix other than that I have no problems when it actually decides that it wants to work.

Not compatible with marshmallow. When opening app, stays on the loading page but nothing happens

For a smaller bank, the app is good. Decent features and is reliable and seems quick enough. I'd like Android Pay support though.

Logging is a pain

If you have recently updated to marshmallow and your app is not working. Just Uninstall and reinstall the app then it works!!

Need to be able to see picture of checks and deposit slips

Just add a calculator and its complete.

I haven't been able to use it since I received the marshmallow update.

I would love to see pending transactions though. Other than that I always use it, just have to keep my log of payments I do and don't see them posted or "pending".

Doesn't want to open at all....just says "system error, please try again" can't check nothing at all....been like this for days....please fix!!!!!
