very very good initiative! all the best luck to the team dedicated to this app. just one quick suggestion about the rectangular chat icon that appears after initiating a live chat- it remains in the screen even after the app is minimized. it can be moved but no option to remove it like it has on fb messenger chat bubble. it goes away only after the app is closed. may be its only in my device.. don't know for sure.
