How do I invite someone? I click on them and it asks to invite them but nothing happens after that, I can't say yes I was to invite them and the FAQ isn't helping me

My country isn't even on the list when I first opened the app to sign up.

I like this app for my family, it's great to see where the kids are when they are traveling long distances. It needs to be tweaked somewhat and cleaned up a bit, it could be one of the best apps if they made some changes. When you invite someone it should text the person that they have been invited instead of the message you get. When they download it, it should automatically take them to the group page to accept the invite instead of the map page, it needs to be a more step by step set up. When you look at your group it shows several different ones instead of one family group, really confusing because the other group will say that there is one person in them, only need one group with options to add more groups. Please fix.

Update 12/29. Sent another e-mail, and still no response. Why? Looks like you helped others, why not me. Even when I used gps location, it got my address wrong, and panic alert does NOTHING! Maybe I'll just give up.

Sometimes it doesn't send notifications until you open the app.

McAfee is always concerned about the the safety whether it be the electronic devices or people. This app is very good as it helps a person to be secured and under vigilance by his/her near ones. This is a big thing as you never know when do you need a help. Priority call feature is awesome.

Liked the way app is designed to work. It'll be very useful if seamless location update can be tracked for a remote device. I have tried with shadow me feature with one of my family member who is travelling. But I was receiving current location only when the other user locates herself. It'd great if I can track someone seamlessly. Its absolutely recommended for those who want a real time tracking of thier loved one.

App is gud every one discuss on same concept but implementation is done as per practical need.

Can't describe..... how I turn over the notification? I tried and not working. and another bug's. just uninstall...I use McAfee on my 2 mobiles and desktop... official licences.... How McAfee does something so bad...

This app is a must have app for everybody. The best feature is priority call. I love it.

You guys should add the option to change the language

I did everything correctly for phone verification. I received your the OTP message too every time but it doesn't read the OTP even after allowing the app, full control of the phone. I need assistance ASAP.

Im trying to sign up and it keeps telling me something went wrong try again later for 2 days now

Not accurate. Most of the time it has you three to ten miles from where you really are.

Seems a very promising application for the purpose of family safety. Sign up was flawless and took hardly 3 seconds to receive OTP and verify the number. Have started using features like priority call and shadow me already. Name of the app is apt and so is the functionalities. Cheers!

Awesome features like shadow, check in and most importantly the priority call. I feel safe when I travel and also I am able to chat and send pics and audio messages. This feature is unique. Would love to use it daily while commuting since I can also chat while travelling.

My son was scared and unsure where he was so I installed this and invited him to. It complained that he didn't have WhatsApp, which he does. It then sent an sms with a messed up link to the wrong number. I sent the correct link but for 2 days now, his app won't work. It simply says he's not able to log in and try again later (yeah that's useful when you need help now!) All I achieved is to be able to track my own position. Edit:Finally got him connected and still only see myself.

Does not do anything they claim it does. Does not auto update, does not auto check-in and is not accurate!
