McAfee Personal Locker

I have McAfee security on both my androids. I subscribed for Live Safe as I'm receiving a new computer this evening. I was setting up personal locker app and received error that identifier already being used and to contact support. I contacted support 3 separate times and the service rep never responded, just disconnected the chat before it started. If I can't get help for a simple app, how can I trust that I will get help on my computer. Very disappointed as this company was the only one I trusted.

Its really disgusting. I dont know what kind of system they are providing. Every time you process to create your account they say sorry really annoying.

I already contacted the support on your website and explained the problem to them and I am just waiting for their answer. To expand more, my problem is the same as everyone here I can't create an account but still have the application installed waiting to hear from your support staff and see if I can use it.

I have been a subscriber and a fan of MacAfee for few years. After the 3rd time of "Cannot Verify You, Try Again" message, I am not sure whether to renew any longer. There are a lot of top rated anti-virus/anti-spyware in the market which are free and offer almost the same features. I may go back with Avast. Very disappointed is the least I can say at this point. After going thru the whole long process of setting up the Account just for it to tell me its already set up yet on my livesafe homepage it says 0 of 1 activated!!!

I've paid for a whole year and out of no where it just disappeared off of my laptop and now I have viruses out the butt plus found out that someone has hacked on to my laptop and taken information!! This is bull crap now I'm trying to download once again and it's taking forever!!!

After going through the verification which includes taking a picture of your face (which always makes the picture turned to the side and not straight on, making it look odd), and voice verification. Then I am greeted by an error message saying there was a connection error. Btw, no. There is not a connection error. I then am thrown back at the beginning. For now, waste of time.

Developer should remove the app for good.

After Verifying me, in main window, it is trying to verify me again by pin code, then it stops

I have not had very much luck with the way the system is operating at all. I have the McAfee on all systems and refuses to allow me to connect together. Extremely annoyed with the situation especially when I have paid for it a few times over and over. My so called safekey is the worst of all. Keeps telling me I don't have an acct which of course I do::: all I can say is ugh for lack of better terminology right now due to sheer frustration.

Ace app worth having it.
