Mercedes me (USA) for Android
Works great... Love the remote start to cool the car in the Texas summer. I also like being able to locate my car and setup a virtual perimeter for valet parking.
I can't sign in because I can't see the special letters old app much better. I won't even be able to use it
I cannot log in without the app crashing. MB should be ashamed

Crashes all the time. Tries to login, finishes up and then asks to reenter password again. Embarrassment to mb.
Continuely crashes.. trying to link old account by send text. Crashed when tried to change password. Useless

Rarely manages to connect and is painfully slow to start up. Not worth trying.
It's just too slow. The old mBrace app was better.

A nightmare! All the way: install, configuration then customer support Center to activate an app (really!?)... then it doesn't work. MB: stay away from mobile technical. Last time I buy a car from you
App has never worked once for me.
Car locating, remote start, remote lock, destination forwarding all works well. It even located my car that was in under ground garage.
Never worked at any useful function.
Works great. I use it almost every day to start my GLE 350. My car is cool inside when I get in before leaving the office. Also, I switched to a Google Pixel XL and everything works better on this phone... forget iPhones and the hype that comes with those devices. No more...
App crashes all the time, and if I'm lucky to get it to work, takes minimum 15 minutes just to start my car. It's disappointing from MBZ, we be pay $50k and up for car, and a simple app doesn't work. Seems like other automakers that are not considered luxury can make an app that works, but an expensive brands like MBZ can't even get an app to simply load! Let down by MBZ!
Needs additional features. Remote start should remain running if the key fob is near the car and the door is open; no need for a restart, unnecessary wear and tear on the starter. Other options that the app needs is the ability to turn on heated seats and heated steering wheel.
This App is horrendous doesn't even connect to my GLE350 ive had it for a month and a half and its still not working. I called customer service and they just say to give it more time for verification unbelievable.
This app rarely at locking or unlocking the doors. Even worst is the locate vehicle function which has only worked once at locating my vehicle. Older Mbrace app was much more reliable at remotely performing above functions. Why the downgrade???
Worse app ever! This has to be the worse app I've ever downloaded. IF and that's a big IF, I can log in, none of the outings for remote start, door lock, etc is there. MB has to do better than this! The app for my father's Chevy is 10 times better!!
Horrible bloatware Mercedes Me has replaced the lean quick and reliable Mbrace to the despair of Mwrcedes owners everywhere. App takes 5x longer to load, Android version lacks fingerprint recognition, 50% of the time the Send2Benz feature fails, even in strong cell areas when standing near vehicle. Unreliable app which has too many unneeded features slowing it down, eating battery life and rendering it generally fruatrating and useless. So badly designed in interface that on Galaxy S7 you can't read the Captcha because your keyboard will cover it. Mercedes should be embarrassed by this travesty.
The app has been down for more than 24 hours. The previous app was great and had no issues. Instead improving the customer experience, it has gotten worse. Shame on you, MB!
Crashes during setup when sending code to mobile. Tried two different phones with the same result. Email code never showed up, either. Unusable for me.
This app IS AWFUL it keeps telling me to connect to my MBRACE account which is no longer even operable. It continues to crash after putting on my PIN. I DO NOT recommend using. I have a 2017 GLE 43 AMG
Auto-start rarley works, the parameters are not adjustable. For example, the gallons of gas required for car to auto-start. Also, app often states that a window or sunroof is open so vehicle cannot auto-start even when that is not the case. The Auto-start function only works maybe 3 out of 10 times I want to use it. Very unhappy with app, expected more from Mercedes.
For a company that markets itself as top of the line should have the capacity to make an app work better than Kia or GMC. I mean this app appears to have been abandoned a long time ago because the same problems occur despite any feedback from people let alone their own employees. P o s
Have used it for almost a year now. Pretty slow to boot every time to tap the icon. At least 3 times it lost all of my info and i had to put in all the VIN details,email id etc etc . Very poor user interface. Remote start works only when the weather is nice and sunny, never worked when it actually mattered. Using the app only to send address to the vehicle which is also becoming a pain now. Hope mercedes listens and change their engineers soon
This is a horrible app. Old app worked fine. This app shuts down and does not log you in. It is worthless.
The app crashes when I try to set it up. It didn't send a code to my phone and I've gotten no response to twisted requests on my feedback. Not worth the time.

What can I possibly say about an app that you can't log into half the time you try; requires setup of a password, a passcode, and a pin, but often doesn't remember any of it requiring redoing it all. Assuming, of course, you have some need to login into this app to access it's worthless features and abundance of MB propaganda to sign up for higher levels of even more worthless features. This Mercedes me app and service are as useless as the MB navigation system. My first MB and my last MB. Given the alleged stature of the MB brand, I simply do not understand how MB could possibly have the audacity to put this app or its navigation product on its vehicles. What a disappointment in the MB product and brand. All you get is the pretense of a superior car and experience with no substance. My entire experience with the MB dealership, brand, vehicle, products, and support is just one big convoluted, worthless mess. Worse car experience of my life. I am so sorry I ever purchased a MB car.
Doing basic job. But needs features such as fingerprint login. And the loading speed is horribly slow.
Had some difficulty when converting over from original Mercedes app. After correcting problems for Android no faults have taken place. This app is primarily used for send to Benz as the vehicle map is not new enough to show all locations for lodging, food and work.
App is garbage. Continuously crashes, can't connect or fails to start the vehicle. They focused more on the UI rather than the functionality.
Never works!!!! How does a company like Mercedes not have the money to hire people to make a working app? I have two Mercedes and I can't even use the features that were the selling point of the cars!
I attempt to use it with my 2017 S550 to start it and it works 30% of the time. Other times it just crashes. I miss the mbrace app
I like the features of this app, but in my opinion it takes longer to load than the previous app. At one point I had both apps before the prior one was eliminated and it still loaded faster than the new app. But I do like the features and ease of use.
The app is definitely not on the same quality par as their car. The app keeps constantly stops and is slow.

This is not a review, rather, it is a message to all the people who write bad reviews for it. Currently my parents don't have a mercedes although I want mom to get their biggest sub mercedes has to offer. But the interface looks simple and the setup process is not that complex. Now, back to the message, you guys just need to spend more time interacting with the app and don't write a 1 star review just because of one glitch. Instead, just write mercedes an email telling them the problem and they'll start working on it as fast as they can. Once we get a mecedes, I will interact with the app and write a proper review. And yes, I am excluding Benz for a reason, mercedes has both Benz or amg on the end. I just stick with mercedes. Bye for now.
