Hurray you guys have a "new" app! Unfortunately the problems from the old app still exist in the new app. Mainly, the inability to log in. How am I supposed to take advantage of all the new and shiny features when I can't get passed the log in screen? And before you ask, no, it's not my username/password. I know, because I can log in to the browser just fine.

Does not even recognize my user id and password. It always says invalid. When I use the same credentials in website, they work. When I click forgot password in the app, it displays a field to enter my user id, but when I try to type, it does not type anything in that field. Real piece of junk.

Installs ok but can't get past the 'accept terms' screen. So it's useless. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times, same deal. MBFS for tablet will get past accept terms screen but always says server not available at this time. So mbfs, bye bye. No time for your nonsense.

After the initial released of Mercedes-Benz Financial Service app, I had given up all hopes in ever making my car payment on my phone. Mercedes has heard our pleas and has finally redeemed themselves by updating the app. The once unusable application is now much easier to use. You can now access all your information on your mobile. Cheers
