Mazzio's Pizza Mobile Ordering

It won't find my address. It asks me if I'm in Missouri for some reason haha The closest address it finds is 55 minutes away!! I know for a fact they deliver here, because they sent me flyers!! There's a location only 3 miles away. You're not getting my money. Gonna go to Papa or Domino's

Went thru this long registration process. Recd email confirm. Then tells me email address invalid. Reset PW, send That to email, says email is invalid? You mean the one I got the new password thru??! Uninstalled. Phone still works, I called.

What is wrong with mazzio's and mobile ordering? Seriously? Why in the world do I have to make an account to order pizza? Is this a special club? I just want bread, cheese, and tomato sauce not a group of like minded doughboys.

Says not in my delivery area when we have ordered by phone several times and had it delivered. Hey developers you know you have to update your damn apps!!!!!! Quit being lazy your losing business

Terrible. Can't use to save your life. Food is great but I can't call at work, I have to use the app or order online and since neither work we no longer order from mazzios for work

Delivery drivers have zero customer service skills in okmulgee, oklahoma. Cant even get a simple order correct and wanna get in a woman's face yell at her and curse at her, ridiculous! No longer ordering from Okmulgee Mazzio's.

Decent. I worked here when this app came out. There haven't been any improvments on it since. It would be nice to be able to put special instructions on the delivery part. Things like gate codes, call upon arrival, come to back door. Things like that are super helpful to the drivers (trust me, I've heard the complaints.) Waste of time to call just to add a note, and i hate calling when i can do it myself. Catch 22 there.

With this only being a web wrap around versus a native app my advice is to just go to the mobile website click settings then add the page to main screen as a link. Saves memory as does exactly the same thing plus the icon shows up exactly the same

This app is difficult to use. You're better off calling in an order.

It takes forever and many tries to log in. I forget my password and the option for the app to remember does not work. When I try to reset the password the link in the email will not work.

Can't even log in. Everytime I reset password, I type in what they give me and it says invalid. Almost makes me not even want Mazzios. DO NOT GET.

Useless. Makes Yellow Pages seem high tech.

This is a horrible app. Wouldnt let me submit my payment at all. Tried to click back and it would exit out of app. Not user friendly at all.

Let me get to the very end of my purchase and kept saying it needed contact info for business orders. It wasn't to a business. It was home address. I went back several times to verify that all my info was correct and it was. I ended up calling 799-9999. You should just call and not waste your time with the app.

You couldn't afford a REAL app and went the cheap way with a wrap around? Seriously if you wanna compete with Domios your gonna need a full featured native app like theirs. This is pitiful Mazzios!

This app is painfully slow and useless for ordering online. Just call to place your order and save yourself twenty minutes and a migraine.

This Pizza App Sucks!!! It's not simple like domino's or pizza hut!!! It lags bad and won't let you choose your toppings on the pizza...who ever designed this did absolutely horrible!!! When you want fast ordering you're better off calling it in instead of using this app!!

I've tried for over a month now and was only actually able to sign in once. It tells you the password and username are incorrect which I know they are not. I try again to reset the password and it emails me the new password. When I copy and paste their emailed password to reset, it tells me that password is incorrect also. How is the password they give me incorrect? Mazzios phone in order always has the worst customer service so I would much rather use the app. Suppose I'll just order from another company.

I tried my best to order Mazzios pizza. Went to their site where they just direct you to a phone number on mobile. Downloaded the app and it can't find my address. I am in the middle of a large city. The Mazzios is like 6 blocks from me but it can't find my address. I went to Papa Johns mobile site and ordered in 30 seconds with no issues. Get with the times Mazzios, your site and app are terrible.

I'm not stupid and this app treats you as such. Take it and cram it! Uninstalled. Don't need the hassle you give most of the unhappy people here.

App tells you to sign in with your Mazzio's. Com account info, but says that is not correct. When I put in an email address for password recovery, I never get an email!!! I've done this about 10 times. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Same issue. Not wasting anymore time on this useless app. Mazzio's may lose a lot of business if they don't step it up! I hate to see my fav pizza place perform so poorly.

Why can everyone else but you guys make a decent ordering app?! Half the times my pages won't load and it times out alot.

When I first downloaded the app, it tried to order my pizzas from a town 80 miles away and I couldn't change it. Ordered from Pizza Hut instead that night. I tried to use it one more time. Comes up that my towns Mazzios won't take online orders, which they do. Its not worth the trouble.

Have downloaded and deleted app several times the app simply will not work. Ohwell guess I will order from pizza hut their app works

Hell, you cannot even try to reset or recover you password with this app. I guess Mazzios has chosen to ignore their customers.

Address finder won't find my address, keeps logging me out as I'm trying to use it. Pretty terrible

Horrible app. Used it a few times until my password mysteriously stopped working. Reset my password and that password never worked. Same thing happened to a friend the same week. Get your app fixed guys.

What a crap setup. I can't order online or with the app because it can't find my address. We get mazzios delivered all the time.

Downloaded to both my phone and my son's, but when I tried to open it said service unavailable, error 503.

This app is completely useless. It won't accept my password, and won't email me for password reset. Piece of junk!

Can't look at menu without starting an order. App crashes or stops working before I can finish an order.

Tried it several times, never got to the check out screen, got kicked out and dns error every time..There are no online coupons available through the app either.

Number 1 it tells you you have to choose delivery or carryout it won't even let you look through the menu beforehand. number 2 it is not even showing you closely or remotely all the areas or stores in the areas where you can pick up the pizza and things this software is a total letdown. it was a waste of space and a waste of time.

Spent nearly an hour just setting up user info. Delivery address inputting is just plain stupid. You're not allowed to put in Blvd., St., Ct, Ave., North, south, east, or west. Or pretty much anything that describes your street, so how the Heck are they supposed to find you? No wonder it's broken. I'll just phone it in next time. They need to fire the high school drop out that created this app.
