Even after contacting customer services still can't see my car on the app or website useless

Won't load my car,can't access anything. A complete waste of time.

Unable to load my car, it just sits there, great idea but epic fail :(

The app doesn't do anything

After going through the sign up process they told me I can only join my mazda if the car was sold in the same country. Sucks, but anyhow the other reviews are not inspiring. Pity as its a great car, just poor service.

Neither the App nor the website works. I'm registered, have an account and a Mazda 6. Tried several times to get the app and the desk top account to work but to no avail. It just refuses to accept I own a Mazda.

Used to be able to see details of my car, but not since the Feb update.

The web site works, but the app is hopeless. I couldn't even log in.

Keeps saying you down for maintenance

Don't bother downloading, you have to find your nearest Mazda dealer open private account with your email in person and then it will allow you to register via application online before then pointless :(

Funciona perfectamente, pero ha de realizarse un nuevo registro via web; si intentas recuperar contraseña o usuario no hay manera: da error.

Would be great if one would be able to add notes to individual cars, like extra service work, parts changed, other spendings. Also would be nice to be connected with the local dealers so one can book the car directly from the app.

Much improved since its early iteration. The bugs preventing access to "My Car" details seem to have been resolved. Graphically it could be better but it provides useful information in the one location.

Would be good to be able to book services and mot in the pp with preferred dealer and list of accessories available. If app could link to mzd to view fuel stats set sat nav destinations, change radio stations......

Mazda, time to step up your game, car is great unfortunately this app is not

Can't load properly on Nexus 6. Not good!

They seem rather intrusive, and you give no reason for requesting them!

Fails to load "my cars " so cannot track servicing.

Can access my account via desk top but not on my Xperia z3 phone. What's the secret?

This app is USELESS !!! Mazda only has DSR records, which i CANNOT see !!!

Seems to work well, be nice if it gave you a service schedule breakdown so you knew what work needs to be carried out on the due service.

Installed the app just now as I registered a few days ago online however it won't even let me login - not a good start!! - Un installing app!!..

Login failed

The old version of this app suddenly stopped showing any information about my car, except the make & model. I previously reviewed it, giving it 1 star. After an update being released on 22/6/15, the app is now working again,and I can give it 5 stars. Very useful app, gives you the basic information about your Mazda,and your online service history (Only shows services done at Mazda approved dealer garages). Please note if you purchased a used Mazda privately,Contact Mazda to send activation email.

Have to keep deregistering, picks up my car but does not display car or servicing details. Tried reinstalling but no joy. Simply is not fit for purpose and is incredibly frustrating app. Not good!

It is impossible to reactivate my account, the app just shows random error messages

Please make compatible with the Nexus 6. Update: FYI, I have side loaded the app and it works fine.

After the update I couldn't log in with "We don't recognise that adress" error message. One should try to ask for the activation email from a desktop computer instead of mobile, it worked for me.
