About Bill Burner - Consolidation, Budget & Reminder
Bill Burner combines all those nasty bills and payments into one small manageable figure. It reminds you when those payments are due and show statistics of all your payments in a easy to read format.
Don't pay big corporations to manage your money, do it yourself, with the help of Bill Burner.
So how does it work?
Simple!
Input all your payments like bills, school fees, fuel or even something you would like to save towards like a holiday or car and Bill Burner will combine all those payments into one small manageable figure which calculates on a reoccurring date of your choice (e.g pay day).
Now all you need to do is add that small amount of money, to a nominated account, on the reoccurring date chosen.
This nominated account can now be used to pay all your bills, school fees etc. and any money, from other accounts, can now be spent on whatever you like without the worry of any financial surprises.
Best of all, the money never leaves your own account and if you ever need to remove money from the nominated account we can recalculate your figures accordingly.
The split feature can be disabled, if necessary, to allow Bill Burner to be used as a reminder app only.

The update is great but it really needs to become a fully fledged payment planner. Not every bill is paid continuously throughout the year, and the instalment for these cant be fully managed in Bill Burner yet. E.g. annual water charges paid over 20 weeks. Starting and stopping dates are needed so budgeting is accurate. Also, the ability to export a list of bills in payment would be handy.

Certain taxes and utilities are billed annually but can be paid by weekly, monthly, or quarterly installments. Moreover, some can be paid over periods of less than a year such as 10 months or 40 weeks. Such payment plans can't be managed easily in a direct way in Bill Burner. Users have to remember starting and finishing dates and modify bill amounts to match installments. Developing the app to do these tasks would manage bills more effectively.
