You are able to calculate the following:

1) how much litres of fuel you will get for a total cost of fuel
2) how much a certain amount of litres of petrol will cost you
3) specify the cost of the fuel
4) apply any discount cost (in pence) to the fuel price

It is a good way to work out how much petrol to put into your car when you want to spend a specific amount and you may have a discount voucher to apply to the fuel cost.
