Your device should be rooted, otherwise this app will not work.
This app helps you disable apps, and you can easily use disabled apps too. If a app is disabled, it can not run in foreground or background, and it can not consume battery or occupy memory. If you want to use the disabled app, you can launch it easily in this app's activity. If you launch a disabled app, it will be enabled temporarily. And after you finish the launched app by pressing Back or Home, it will be disabled again after five minutes. The disabled apps can't run in background, and it will run in foreground only when you launch them. So if you want the phone runs smoothly and there are not so many background processes, this app will help you.
User Manual

1, This app should be authorized root permission. You'd better put it in the white list.
2, You'd better not kill the app by using task killer.
3, If you want to uninstall this app, you should enable all the disabled apps firstly.

I emailed you and I got no reply. The issue is the app was working fine and I disabled some things through your app and now all of a sudden your app can't get root? So now I can't reinable any apps I disabled and I am afraid if I clear cache and data I will lose the ability to find the apps I disabled. Please reply and update the app to work properly. One star for now until this issue is fixed! UPATE 9/22/15 too laggy and not worth the time. The idea is good but I cant risk it. Developer never responded.

I use portable applications in windows 7 and i can tell this work almost The same saving cpu resources this (will be implemented and save a lot of battery ). hope that AOSP ,CM and others built in this great idea in to their ROMS ...Google will dont do this never.... why? because their ads advertising background services are needed for them to make money they care about theirselfs no you and me ...great idea Thank you...

the older version works perfectly fine with me, but the recent update made it weird.. whenever I launch a disabled app through disable manager the app become enabled and showed up in app list, I have to disabled it again through disable manager only to find it already disabled, so I enable it and then disable it again, the older version don't have this problem, really.. why does updating does this? [EDIT] so it turn out that the app will disappear from app list after 5minutes, sorry.. didn't read the notice

Brilliantly conceived app, allows us to improve our device performance and save battery, so useful that I bought the paid version. If you don't know how to root your phone please go learn first. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the time interval was user-configurable, or even better, if it was configurable "per app". One star less due to hardly responsive developer, any reply to the suggestions above will get that star back.
