Appointment itinerary isn't working, please fix. Very frustrating. I have tried everything to pull it up and nothing is working!

Can't get appointment schedule. Appt schedule now fixed. Truly like this app.

It won't tell me when my appointments are and I've tried on several different phones.

Well it WAS awesome until the itinerary stopped working. Please fix ASAP!

Like all my experiences with the Mayo Clinic. Quality

I do like using it, however it all depends on who looks at it and how they respond to it.

The only thing I'd like to see a change in is seeing my radiology images. I can read the results but can't see the images. If or when this feature is available I'll give this app 5 stars.

App is so easy to use, pleasing to the eye, helpful, and the information and resources there are impressive and what I learnef there reassured me during this time of uncertainty about my health. Thank you.

Needs some type of push notification to tell us when a message is in our in box. I get no alarm telling me my doctor has left me a message

Nothing works. Can't see schedule, results, messages, etc. This is my third phone and all had the same issue (all Samsung Galaxies - S5, S7, and S8)

Needs work. Functions don't always work, especially when you need them to. I expect better from Mayo.

Easy to use. Very informative. Keep adding new features. What about adding a Bariatric App? Those in Rochester & Phoenix who had bariatric surgery have been asking for this.

Easy to use and very helpful.

A lot of improvements since I reviewed this in 2013. More reliable and seems faster. Still, showing all labs on one screen no matter how old they are can be confusing. Mayo Pharmacy refill interaction needs improvement. Connecting to tiny font web page from the readable mobile-friendly app is disruptive. Overall though, it works pretty well. (Full disclosure, I work for Mayo but am reviewing this as a patient)

One question re my identity was where my daughter, Chris Heitzman, lives. She did live in IN but moved to FL quite few yrs ago. I did not want to verify untruth but had no option.

Every time i try to login it always say somein different or say login has field... other is to many different Apartments to massage someone to the right spot... the Doctors need or some one who looks at them need to say there names and what apartment they are at...!

Now you need a number just to ask about your heath now that's crap

Easy to keep up with what's going on between my doctors, appointments and test results!

Allows me to see my appointments, vitals, clinical notes, and lab results. Love this app. Usability has gotten better with every update.

This is better than the my prior care providers had. I like that it imports appointments to calendar. I can get all the results of tests and appointments. I can message docs if needs be. Mayo is a leader in health care and I am sure this app will evolve with them.

Real poor app design for usability. Way too many large icons just make for screen pollution and make it hard to navigate app. Cut down on the screen candy and add real functionality.

This helps me to know the appointments are. I'm a very bad or can kids r I can look the records are. Never take this away.

I the ease of contacting my medical team without using the phone and going thru multiple persons the most...this way I know my physician can read in MY OWN words my issue and there is NO confusion of what it is I need....kudos for that alone aside from the many many many ways to moniter my health and be an active member of my own team. Puts power back into my hands and my care is better for it.

Great app to check vitals and receive and send messages to your Dr. However would have liked to add link that is from website with diseases and conditions and drugs. Also to have a link where you could privately messenger your Dr.

I thought the app would be like an offline version of their website. Unfortunately, none of the information on conditions or prescriptions, etc are available.

Can't even log into the app. Just a big waste of time

I just logged in this morning on laptop now I can't sign in with app so they tell me to reset password? Really?

The login does not work.

Easy to use, seamless and packed full of information. This is the most impressive app that I have ever used.
