Lock It: Screen Off

Saves my battery. The Gslaxy S5 Active has physical buttons on the sides AND front, which get pushed while the phone is in my pocket, and my lock screen is set not to appear if the pbone was turned off a few minutes before. Often I pull out my phone and find it already on, deep inside some random data-hungry or power-hungry app I don't use, due to all the touches from my pocket. And the phone is warm. With LockIt, the phone never gets past the lock screen if it comes on in my pocket.

This is a application with the highest usefulness / size ratio. However, I need an option to power off the screen ("screen off") WITHOUT locking the device, just like the hardware power button works, while the "Power button instantly locks" option is DESELECTED in Android Settings.

Works perfectly on my Moto G4 Play with Android 6.0.1 and does exactly what's it's supposed to do. No ads and very small install size of only 104 KB. Also, looks like the developer is actively maintaining and releasing updates for this app.

Simple, lite and effective. No settings. Just activate the administrator and it's done. The only purpose of this app is to turn off the phone without using the power button. Not to turn on. Thanks.

Simply beautiful - lightest. - does what it said. - doesn't need extra permissions. - simply on the administrator settings and it's done. - just click and your screen turns off.

I know this is a little app just to lock your phone, but dude this is the far batter then other in play store because it doesn't require any extra permission, simply love this app. Thanks

Great idea to replace assist app. Sadly in my Huawei P8lite MM, assist app setting keeps reverting to Google. Dev e-mail does not work. How to get support?

When device is locked by the icon, fingerprint unlock is not available! When locked with power button, everything is OK. Uninstalling.

this is the most simplest and useful app.assist function make it more awesome. But i should mention that this app gives problems with phones having fingerprint sensor.

There is no provision to uninstall the App. Neither in App or store or even settings.

This app best works what it is meant for, I would love it if it is having floating icon so that I can lock my mobile from any screen.. Still, its too good. :)

When you touch the button , the screen gets off , but you need to push the power button to turn it on again !
