Really nicely put together and useful app. The best programming app I've seen so far. There are two things that make this unusable for me however, no RPE support, and no lift variations (pin squat, pause deadlifts, etc). If these are ever added I would definitely use this and rate it at 5 stars.

App is great but for dumbbells is the weight total weight of the two dumbbells or just one of the dumbbells?

Love the app! But have a question: How do I create a program that alternates between exercises without having to add a bunch of days? For example, the included program for Greyskull alternates between bench and OHP only using 3 days. If I try to create a similar program I end up with 6 unique days. Am I missing something?

Great interface, very user friendly. My only complaint is that it doesn't allow me to create supersets - it would be really awesome if this feature was added.

[Update 13.11.17] After about 2 weeks, the developer has fixed my issue and the app is working again! Thanks for sorting it out, I'm off to the gym again.

It's almost as good as the official Stronglifts app. Two important things missing: 1) Lock screen entry (having to unlock your phone only to say you succeeded a rep is kinda slow). 2) Entry for AMRAP sets could be improved. Maybe have the (+) and (-) buttons in the main screen instead of popping up a dialog?

I never review apps, but this one is worth it. I bought premium to support the developer. My only ask for the developer is to continue adding to the app. Eventually add in things other than lifting (timed workouts like forms of conditioning). It's the only lifting app I would recommend. Congratulations mate.

I really like the app and also pay for premium to support the developer. The only problem I have is that the app uses the default notifications for the timer. Sadly my phone plays default notifications through the headphones as well as the speakers which bothers me a bit and you are also not able to hear the timers if your phone is on silent (which mine usually is). Please let us choose whether we want to use default notifications or app internal sounds like many other apps do!

I moved to this from the StrongLifts app when I changed plans to Greyskull LP. Though it was a different interface and UX initially, PTC has been an excellent companion in the gym. The long list of respected routines is going to be a huge help to newbies and regular lifters. Keep up with the good work, Max.
