I loved it when it was working. All of a sudden though it just wouldn't pair anymore. I did everything repaired the watch, redownloaded the app, then repaired again. It paired finally but now it wont connect even when my bluetooth is on it still doesnt work so I tried paring again and it still wont work.

It'd alright. Working so far but now that have read the reviews I'm worried. And it's really pathetic y'all couldn't update this problem. It's been 2 years guys. Fix it. Plus the sleep monitor doesn't work. Should give it no stars but it's working... for now.

Randomly disconnects and will not sync on demand. Subsequently it randomly reconnects when not syncing. Simply needs fixing. I would like to keep using the product but I cannot determine if it is the watch or this app. that is not reliable.

Frustrating having a device of no use! Wont even connect. It is visible in bluetooth but wont connect

The watch now won't sync after weeks of working flawlessly. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still no sync. An expensive ornament now :( UPDATE. To make it reconnect again, run battery down totally, recharge and then reconnect. Only works for a few days though.

M giving 3 stars because it got no whatsaap or Facebook notification or otherwise it worke great for me Samsung A5

Pedometer is useless and app stops working after 2 weeks, so you lose all of your sleep tracking.

This app worked but then it no longer connects to the device. I see no point keeping it. Fail

Won't sync can't keep track of steps etc awful would not recommend this to a friend don't use

Such a waste of money buying this device as will no longer connect

Will not sync it did the first two weeks after that it will not sync or connect to the Bluetooth I don't know what else to do I wasted my money on this device

Maxwell Guider Technology, you're a fu**ing rip off! Device won't pair with any of my Bluetooth devices. What you are doing to thousands it would seem is morally unacceptable! Get it sorted you cheats.

App works fine but it's necessary to improve some functionalities like statics, alarm mode, timetables for many options (I can't configure different times for move alarm for example) and add others like WhatsApp or Facebook notifications

As with many of the other users, my device suddenly disconnected from the app and will no longer pair after weeks of successful use. Such a shame.

Worked fine for a few weeks, then wouldn't connect to app. Tried connecting on several different devices - none of them could find the Bluetooth on tracker. The apps not the problem, the hardware is. Buy if you've money to burn, but really don't expect it to last more than a few weeks. Save up and buy a more reliable fitness tracker - not this piece of useless plastic!!

Neat little tracker but won't pair anymore so actually a useless waste of money! So many complaints, how many people have been ripped off I wonder? Please fix this!

App is very good but connection gets lost and unable to re-establish it. Frustrating and needs updated

This app keeps disconnecting, can't find the fitness band, and CONTINUALLY changes the calibration settings I make. I have yet to have 1 day of an accurate step count. The fitness band would be exactly what I've been looking for if the stupid app would work. The app is more concerned with accessing things on my phone that are so not necessary!

Nice concept but this app initially but kept disconnecting, now it is no longer pairing with the watch, after installing, uninstalling and re-installing

Stoped sync with my watch even after restarting my phone which almost always helped. Now it is absolutely useless. Please do something.

Waste of time obviously dont care about customers wouldnt suggest this product to anyone. Band stopped syncing, so has my partners and her sisters. Obviously pay for what u get cheap and rubbish. May aswell just burnt the money

Great app much better than the stock app. Please add screen unlock feature too. It'll make it brilliant.

I'm enjoying having this particularly finding the sleep data interesting but mainly because I'm allergic to metal and have a problem with watches and this is all plastic and comfortable to wear. I just sync once a day in the morning then turn off the Bluetooth on my phone because both this watch and my budget phone have poor Bluetooth radios. I don't get the incoming call alerts but I don't flatten the phone battery so quickly. I like the move alerts when I've sat still at my desk for too long.

Loved this app but now it won't pair and says it is disconnected. Please fix.

I thought this was great! Until now! Well I don't know what has happened but up until about a month ago my watch doesn't pair with the app anymore! I used to enjoy putting in my progress and seeing how far I have got, until one day it just stopped working! Not impressed! Sort it out please!

Every time I look at the app, I have lost pounds and inches off my height and stride.

It worked ok for the 1st few weeks but now it keeps disconnecting Bluetooth. It's a pity because i would have used it a lot!

I started using the app six days ago and have recommended it for more than 12 people and they all got it. But my disappointment started 3 day ago, when the device refused to pair with my phone. Have reinstall the app more than five times and many of those who got it through me are experiencing the same thing. Kindly find solution to this pairing issue. Takia

Upgrade is totally useless...no settings...metric only...won't sync/pair...inop condition!

Why is this such a common problem and yet or hasn't been fixed

So it disconnects and I'm not sure how to reconnect. Any ideas? I've already done the pairing and have even switched the Bluetooth on and off.

Forget never worked, wadte of money

This has disconnected and won't re connect not impressed at all please try and fix the issue OMG I have had 3 devices now and all 3 have disconnected the APP is rubbish
