About Mono Bluetooth Router Pro

This simple application allows you route sound via mono Bluetooth headset. Normally android devices can not play music via mono Bluetooth headsets. With Mono Bluetooth Router listening podcasts, internet radio, GPS navigation messages and other sound sources which do not require high sound quality via Bluetooth hands free is possible again!
- sound indication when routing is switched on
- restores sound volume after switching off the routing
- indication when routing is on in status bar
- restores Bluetooth routing after phone call
Supports Android 2.2 and higher.
Make sure your Bluetooth headset is switched on before start the application.
On android 4.0 please make sure you switch on routing before sound started to play.
Known Issues:
- Sound quality is not perfect. Unfortunately I still not found a way to deliver high quality of sound, though I am constantly looking for way to make it better. Still hope that low quality is better then no Bluetooth sound at all.
- Not all models supported;
- On some issues of Samsung Galaxy S2 - the native music player is not working - please use third party MP3 music player;
- On some issues of Samsung Galaxy S3 - the sound from microphone also routing through the headset so you hear all noises around that makes program useless;
- Sometimes the program is being killed by Android so music goes trough loudspeakers on full volume;
I still looking for ways to fix these issue, sorry for inconvenience, hoping to find workarounds for these issues.

Awesome app. Works well with my mercedes car bluetooth which only supports phone profile. I can now listen to my turn by turn navigation and podcasts using the car bluetooth.

This is a really good app. I'm very limited on the way I can use my phone in the office so by using a Bluetooth headset, I can listen to my music, watch videos and movies without anyone suspecting a thing!

This app is great especially when cycling outdoors. I have a Nokia J Bluetooth headset and it works fine with it. The only problem is that if I'm streaming video or music over WiFi at the same time the media playback is delayed or just cuts off.

This app works just as described on my Samsung Galaxy! Now everything plays through my mono, bluetooth, headsets. I haven't received any complaints from folks I talk to on the phone so I guess the call quality is still good. This is an awesome app!!!

It Works! I gave up on these apps a year or two ago as nothing would work on my phone. Well, low and behold, this one actually operates as claimed! Woo hoo! Now I can finally play podcasts through my Looxcie cam from my Xperia Go. Been waiting to do this for a long time now!

Works great on my HTC ONE-X, it locks on to the audio streams better than Bluetooth ICS. I can listen to WinAmp, Endomondo, and take calls on my BT earphone without losing connection while on long bicycle rides.

Have been using this app sucesfully for a number of years on different phones. Now have a Samsung S5 Duos. App was working ok. Following upgrade to Marshmallow, the app stopped working. The connection is dropped after a variable amount of time, from a few seconds to about 30. It looks like the "call" hangs up. I have disabled the Samsung power management and tried different settings in the app with no success. Please help...
