Unfriendly apps. It will suddenly request for login but when key in the correct login information, it will keep inform you incorrect password. Then after few try, it will asking to retrieve and reset password. This is not the first time. If play store allow no star, I won't give any.

The apps not working properly for almost 3 months. Everytime if want to check the data usage balance must uninstall, then re-install. Really hate it. Please get it fix ASAP!

Update 19Dec17: Guys... You made the share limit worse. ???? The limit steps are now too big. We need flexibility to limit setting. Please... Old: The share limit option NEEDS to be more flexible. Give us more control. Not 9gb ->10gb -> unlimited.

Line very poor... Online data more worse very slow...And data very fast finish... Really feel like being cheated ..... Speechless network I ever use pay so much and get this kind of data and line

The internet is getting worst per day. "Maxis is the fastest internet in Malaysia" , seriously? Im using Umobile with Maxis and what do i found out is that Umobile can load videos faster than this shet.

Data shown is not latest even when refreshed, restart app. Still prefer old version of user interface. Thats all

Why do you need to access my contacts, pictures and others to use your app? Please learn from DiGi app, simplifies it without need to login to check usage balance.

The app constantly returns error and freeze. It is such a disgrace to Maxis, being a Telco company but can't even get a mobile app, its own mobile app to be up and operate smoothly and effectively. Shame on you, Maxis.

Latest update is so stupid.... cannot log in to see my Bill and always need to change password every time... wasted talent on maxis.... Stupid

There are many negative and critical people in this world. I believe that its very difficult to please every body all of the time. Keep up the good work and negative remarks would make you better.

I can safely say this is by far the worst app I've ever used. 10 out of 10, confirm crash everytime you open it. I have to always manually force stop the app in order to open the app. Seriously, Maxis?

Requires access to my contacts before it can work. Completely unnecessary.

99% free of downtime and the 4G connection is superb and above the rest! I wish MAXIS would provide the function for us to request for upgrades for Pocket WiFi package in this wonderful app.

The app is has very good interface, but now after upgrade to Android Oreo 8.0 the app and keeps loading but doesn't open.

Omg. Need to use data and guess what. The app is loading till the end of time. Useless. Ask to install the app but fail. Change to umobile yall

I just install this app i wanted to sign up as 1st user i type the NRIC correctly with the numbers but it just wont work
