Cloudpipes for Dropbox for Android
...does exactly what I need (i.e. keeps my devices synchronised with what I have in Dropbox). It would be nice if somewhere you could see the day and time it last ran successfully.
I set up pipes to my Dropbox and transferred my files. 2 mins later all my files start deleting from Dropbox!
Max amount of "pipes" is four! Be warned
The best Dropbox sync app you can find!
If you copy files from dropbox to picture folder, Gallery does not recognise the new files until you restart the tablet.
nice app, but these bugs are really annoying: -> version checking only woks for video files (*.mp4 in my case) -> UI lags while file-transfer is in progress

Thank you so much for this simple yet effective way of automating copies to or from Dropbox. It is free, but not cheaply made! Keep up the excellent work! Best regards
It has nothing to do with Dropbox!
Dropsync ftw
Does not version check, copies files already that exists and have not changed. Copies the folder rather than the files so you have to select a different path.
It does everything it should, thanks!
Allows me to automate my file trsnsfers so that I always have critical data files available when needed. Easy to use and works perfectly.
Works flawlessly, very convenient.
Cool

Rapid response on issues, working on making this a solid product. Will be upgrading or donating when available!
It sucks. No interaction at all and it doesn't do the work. Hope for an updated release.
really great app.. powerful sync options.. imho it could have an option to send to the cloud playlist files.. not the playlist themselves but the musics they have associated..
Works well! Should've been a feature on Dropbox.
On my new samsung galaxy s III, manually trying to sync/download from the Dropbox tab fails silently. There's no obvious way to see that it has failed. When setting up a new pipe in the Pipes tab, and executing manually, the message vaguely says something like "Download will start in a short while", and that fails silently. There's nothing in the Transfers tab. However, eventually I noticed in the Pipes tab an error with the one pipe i have setup: "There was an error in the last transfer". What was the error? Pretty unhelpful. I'll re-review if I hear back from the developer.
Very good and professional looking. I highly recommend it.
Like a moron I did a fresh install of CM10 and lost a whole bunch of stuff. THEN I stumbled onto this magnificent app. I've automated a whole bunch of stuff so that the next time I'm an idiot, I'll have my pictures backed up nicely. Great job!
Useful tool
One way sync is Exactly what I want, for backing up files. Dev is on XDA and promptly responds to comments. Will gladly buy Pro version as soon as available.
Firstly Positives: One way sync works flawlessly, it uploads perfectly. I use it with Tasker by monitoring folder changes, when file is added/deleted, it executes the Pipe. Negatives: I keep getting some java null pointer error and asks me to continue. I press continue and it goes away, but keeps coming up each time I start the app. I need more settings for notifications. Currently, it shows notification while uploading, but once its complete, it keeps a notification saying it has completed. I prefer a notification ONLY WHILE uploading, then it should clear. Show notification only if there was a failure. Highly recommended. Good job developer, it has high potential. Much better than DropSync.

I've been using it to sync audio book files and to create sync-like abilities for apps that lack them. Love that it has a Tasker plugin. Only problem: when I try to do an upload pipe from a file in my (rooted) device's root directory, I can't browse subdirectories.

Dropbox
This is nice but very slow in uploading/downloading.. It's not my connection as I can download/upload from the main dropbox app without any problem.
Awesome features but not crashing while downloading folders Sent a mail from same id to developer.
Chongi bongi gongi k longi mongi pongi
I love the filter feature but needs auto upload feature as well
Good developer . This application really helpful. Even I am thinking to buy pro of it..dear all pls utilise. The same as otherapplication is DROPBOX SYNC. But with this we can sync single folder. And pro is much cost er than this app
This is exactly what I've been looking for! Thank you!
Wow, is this app S-L-O-W! It was all I could do to keep my phone from falling asleep, it was actually sucking the life out of the battery faster than the trickle from the outlet could replace it. I even put down the phone and put it on DND mode but it still took over an HOUR to get to barely 9%. Thanks but no thanks, I'm off to find ANYTHING faster! At this point, a snail would work better...
Thank you so much for your this application really usefull specially the new version works really well.
So far, GREAT App. Not sure what to do yet to assign more than the 4 Pipe limit?

The automatic uploads don't work, I always have to start it manually even though the settings are proper; I suppose it's because I force quit my apps all the time to free the memory. Furthermore, you may also need to restart your phone for the files to be gone if you chose to have the phone files deleted after they are uploaded. Lastly, it often stops the transfers for no reason, in that case you always have to restart the uploads manually. Overall, while it often needs manual intervention, it just works and fill my needs.
