Illinois App - Could be a good and helpful app if it actually worked. I registered and when I try to use my PIN, it tells me to check my registered email for instructions on how to proceed. I have not gotten the email yet, I've even tried resetting my account. If I ever get the email on how I am to proceed, I will try again and update my review.

I give it 4 stars because this app helped keep me up to date on the case and when I checked on it, sent an email requesting status, the next day they completed the case..I believe they sit around a little while cause of so many people needing help...the app does have errors from time to time but hey, just email them and they fix it soon enough..Great app idea, glad its here and a work in progress!

Never could finish registering. Pointless app, just like the Illinois politics.

This is advertised for Texas, there isn't even a Texas option. Very disappointing.

App wont let me check my message. It says the application has closed due to low memory space. I have plenty of memory and every other option works on the app except my messages.

Only offers 2 states??? Illinois and Virginia??? What the heck

I installed on my lg g4 n it either says check internet connection which is strong with Wi-Fi or it says email can't be sent. I hope it deletes all info when unistall cause I'm trying 2 diff emails n both it still says the same.

When I select Virginia, the following error appears "please check internet connection and try again." I don't have any Internet issues...

Yeah...I know my email is right, but it keeps telling me there's an error with it. Uhm...the "error" is this damn app. And calling the number doesn't help either, because it takes half of your waking hours of the day on hold with sucky music. Unbe-freakin'-lievable.

I have plenty of memory on my device, but it won't let me view my messages. It says my device has low memory. Fix this issue! I don't want to miss my modification review things because of your app not working. (and I know it's the app because I deleted a crap ton of stuff off my phone but still can't access my messages). Also, I uninstalled and reinstalled this app and that didn't help at all! I don't plan to increase my rating until this issue is resolved!

I updated the app and had to re-register and now I can't view my case info at all. It only asks for my PIN when I enter it it says participant data not found. It was finally available 2 days ago and now it's gone. Probably have better luck sitting on a phone waiting to get thru to a live rep.

Code-Error sending email, no IT support, will not allow me to create account. Tried removing zero from case number, uninstalling and reinstalling. Great idea, requires more work.

I get to the email/pin screen and when I click create I get an error saying "error sending email". I checked my email and it's correct.

When I first installed this app a year ago on a Samsung s4 everything worked great! As the phone got older I could no longer read messages, but the customer service feature still worked, and I loved being able to put in a call request. Much better then waiting on hold when you don't have time. Now I have an s5 and I can't even get the app working. Couldn't get past the email in set up. I've uninstalled it and will retry. The app WAS great when it actually worked.

App does not work. It was working now it is having a error with email address. They need to fix it. I'm sure they see these complaints or get rid of it.

Can't access my previous questions/answers...my communications with Customer Service is gone! So...

I installed the app and I can't even get passed the select state part

It's not showing my other cases?? I can only see 1 of my cases ???

It only offers two states, I don't live in neither of them

Does not go beyond the Pin page. Would have been great if the app worked!

Messaging doesn't work

App said had not received my modification paperwork but if I had mailed it to disregard message. I left my number for a call back and they called me back within a few hours! No complaints here. I've had no issues with it. ALSO I live in Peoria county and my case is through Morgan county.works fine for me.

I first had the wrong rin error, then had issues with accurate info on my modification, and now can't access anything due to an error saying "docklet download error."

It sucks...never loads and tells you that your information is incorrect

To many malfunctions you cant click anything and it keeps closing and I never receive notifications

I had a problem as well with the app stating that my RIN was incorrect. I removed the first number which was a zero and it took. I am now able to make use of this app.

App sucks. Rin does not work. Waste of time and storage. Don't get it.

IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED....ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE APP BECAUSE IT WONT ACCEPT RIN #. THIS IS HOW YOUR APP GETS POOR REVIEWS, AND EVENTUALLY BOOTED FROM GOOGLE PLAY...... HANDLE YOUR STUFF!!!

Only has one case on it and it dosent load any files. Fix this. As of nowit is a crap app.

I've had my RIN for 17 years, do you think I would forget it lol? This app sucks just like the customer service for everyone that has to pay. I don't know why I even had to rate this useless app a 1 star, where is the 0 star?

If it worked, won't even let me register.

As soon as I click the app it says can not connect to server.

Keep stating it's the wrong rin number and I know it's accurate need to fix issue or remove app
