PokitPal - Discount App

I was lured to sign up for a Bengigo bank account for this app. But the app no longer starts so no benefits of discounts. - The version dated on 2/Feb/2017 seems to work and I was able to link Bendiogo bank account. There are few problems: (1) A purchase of Pokitpal money (as a gift card) attracts some handling charge that I am not sure if I was informed prior to linking the card. (2) EB Game told me that EB Game gift card can not be used ONLINE but the Pokitpal app says can that is very misleading.

I have saved so much at JB and Coles. Can't believe it is free!

Lots of bugs. App crashes often. Some screens don't load correctly.

New app version works great. Constantly using the savings!

App does not load ob my phone. just stuck on the loading screen

This app gave me a notification I could not dismiss unless I clicked on it.

Download the app.. Signed in using Facebook log in.. Entered in my postcode and then it said it was Loading.. Page started to flash continuely.. Looked like it was frozen.. Closed the App and reset it, but still was stuck on the page..

Major chain (coles woolies) discounts are locked behind their 'pokit money' requiring you to apply for a bendigo bank mastercard debt card and then supply them with the card number exp date and csv number from the back of the card.

Whenever I login using Facebook, the app just come up with this flashing retarded 'loading' page almost as if it's frozen. I reinstalled the app again but didn't make any difference!

Perfect app for being a uni student! Continue to use this every day!!

doesn't work

Ads in notification bar can't be swiped away.

Upon opening the "turn on location settings" dialogue box appears, but when following the link location services are already on (yes, high accuracy). I have had no prompt from Android to allow the app access to location and have no idea how to do it manually. Am I unable to access local deals?

Annoy me with emails with deals. I download the app. "There are no deals within 50km of your location" aka there are no deals in Western Australia. Annnnnd now you're added to spam

Was a good app in the past but latest permission request makes it uncomfortable and suspicious. Why does the app require any more than data and gps permission? Why does it want info from my phone and why prevent sleep? Sounds like virus behaviour ..

More then half the offers are expired

On the website in my location, there are heaps of deals but for some reason I get nothing on my phone. No deals within 50km of your location. Running Android lollipop

The old version of this app was amaizing, but the latest update won't let me sign in and even making a new account it doesn't show the discounts
