Smart VoLTE

I hate to tell this :(. It doesnt work on my Samsung J7 at all. I cant make a call, and my number cant be called either. Meanwhile, J7 is a smartphone recommended by galeries & employees. Since May, and now is mid Oct, i think Smartfren makes no progress on this. I need to make calls, I need to be reachable, and the data connection is also sucks. The apps always disconnected everytime, and cant register again and again. So this apps is really sucks and trashed. tell me how u guys can fix my problem. Sorry

Every time shows Sorry,we can't register you right now. you may not be connected to our data network.pls move somewhere where you have a better signal and try again.Otherwise pls try again in a few seconds

Don't keep releasing your new andromax, most of them overpriced and crappy. Develop this apps more and more, a lot devices with your frequency now, if they can use your VoLTE without buying andromax then it'll fruitful for smartfren. Cannot make or receive calls. Redmi 4 Prime user

That's very difficult to send and receive a message. Difficult too to receive phone call. Fix it and i'll give you 5 star for this app

suara putus2 terus nelp pake smart volte, dan kalau pake dual sim. jadi ga bisa nelp pakai sim ke 2 nya. Menggunakan Wiko Fever 4G

So far so good, i can receive and send SMS, but when i made a phone call or received a phone call, I can't hear recipient voices meanwhile the recipient can hear my voice. Can you tell me whats wrong? I am using ASUS ZenFone 3 laser.

Sementara uninstall dulu, sejak pakai volte gps n wifi jadi always on, drain battery. App Volte nya berfungsi lumayan baik untuk telp n sms, tetapi sering logout sendiri, n applikasinya terasa berat di pureshot. Sinyal 4Gnya langsung drop begitu masuk rumah, jadi malah bikin boros battery

Software gak jelas selalu error sdh 4x datang ke gerai smartfren aktivasi VoLte tapi selalu error payah saya pakai smartfren diatas 5 tahun. Finally tdk bisa pakai no ini cuma bisa Internet payah banget smartfren

This afternoon your CS called n informed that Galaxy S7 no longer needs volte apps to make phone call or send text. But alas, once I uninstalled the apps I couldn't make a call. Please fix this, and I'm also experiencing other things that other people had said before me. Thanks

Udah hp puresho plus nya parah, sering error, sekarang telp aja harus pakai volte yg error muluh.. Parah dah smart..

Tulisan itu yg selalu keluar tiap kali saya mau activate. Saya gak tau masalahnya dimana. Tapi tolong kalo memang mau pindah jaringan ke 4G dan belum stabil, jangan suruh orang pindah. Skg 4G gak bisa dipake mo balik ke yg lama juga gak bisa. Alhasil nomor gak ada sinyal, gak bisa di telpon / sebaliknya. Padahal pulsa masi banyak. Ujung"nya kan cust juga yg rugi. Makasih.

Cuman bisa pakai sehari doang, terus tiba2 provisioning failed. Gini ceritanya, bisa balik lagi pake CDMA dah..

Suara dari hp kita sering gk didengar lawan telp kita. Kalaupun kedengar kualitas sangat buruk. Sangat susah buat telp dan ditelp. Padahal dgn kondisi signal 4g bagus. Di aplikasi harus registrasi mulu. Data sms sering hilang. Intinya sangat tidak memuaskan.

2. Kalau bisa setiap instal atau ganti kartu sms tidak hilang, dan bisa membaca sms yg ada di hp. 3. Video masih sering freeze setelah beberapa menit pakai. 4. Suara masih banyak noise, pdhal katanya sdh HD kualitasnya.5. Setting layar malah krng sip jd stretch kesmping 6. Ketika terhubung dengan device native volte, video tidak dapat terhubung, itupun masih sulit terhubung juga. 7. Sering sekali terputus dari jaringan dan meminta register terus dan tidak teregister ketika diregister, padahal sinyal 4G kuat dan tersambung 8. volume suara headset bluetooth tidak bisa diatur

Setelah di update, malah tidak bisa di pakai, ada notifikasi hp blm support 4g dan aplikasi langsung tertutup...#andromaxA-tidakdapatdipakaitelpdansms.

Re-registering melulu, masih belum stabil. Tolong diupdate lagi agar stabil dan dapat digunakan. Kalau bisa sudah secara otomatis aktif meskipun tidak buka app. Thanks! From Huawei P9 Leica

dukungan untuk lenovo a6000 plus belum Ada juga hadeh perbaikan setengah setengah , not recommended smartfren , pelayanan buruk , lebih baik pindah ke provider bolt sudah sangat baik dengan fitur yang sama

Sebelum update andalkan aplikasi ini untuk sms dan telp di andromax A, setelah update gak bisa ngapa2in... Bukannya kasih solusi tapi malah nyusahin...

Sucks, telepon masuk maupun keluar ga ada suaranya. Mau pindah kartu saja padahal saya pelanggan sejak 2012. Sangat mengecewakan!!!!

Parah tidak bisa di buka sama sekali,, mohon perbaiki sebelum yang lainnya pindah ke provider yg lain.

Repot banget pake aplikasinya. Harus register tiap hari. Pdhl sdh bagus sinyalnya. Dan lbh sering gagal register drpd berhasilnya. Tolong di perbaiki.
