Rádio Maranhão do Sul FM

Tudo começou por volta dos anos oitenta, tendo a frente o líder Pedro dos Santos Ambrósio em 1985, Pedro Ambrósio e alguns moradores fundaram a Associação Asa Norte-Bom Sucesso. Já em 1987 Fundou a grande feira livre comunitária hoje o maior centro comercial aberto do Maranhão no domingo. Em 1998 fundou a Rádio Comunitária Maranhão do Sul 87.9 Nome de fantasia alusivo a campanha do Movimento para criação do Estado do Sul do Maranhão. E em 2007 a Rádio Maranhão do Sul foi outorgada e autorizada, e que atualmente desempenha um grande papel comunitário na cidade de Imperatriz.

O objetivo da Associação Asa Norte Bom Sucesso é ser através da RÁDIO MARANHÃO DO SUL FM uma ferramenta de promoção do desenvolvimento econômico, cultural e artístico da região, levando aos munícipes noticias e informações que possam contribuir para o desenvolvimento local. Para que o objetivo principal seja conquistado é necessária à participação da comunidade nas ações geradas pela Rádio.
