Recently updated Matrix Video to version 3.6.4 . Now the app has completely stopped working on Samsung Tab 3 ( Android 4.4.2)

Since last update it delays so much to open and it's very very slow please fix it.

Unable to use since adt updated android.

Please!!!!! Update this app to work on Android Nougat (7.1.1). You guys have had plenty of time to update this app but instead you have chosen not to. It's been almost a year since you have put out an update. You have really dropped the ball. As a business owner, untill you update your app I will no longer recommend it to anyone!!

App does not work plain and simple. then it does not allow you to remove it once installed just open. Now your going to force me keep it???

I can see all of them at once just fine, but when I want to see a single one it takes forever to load

It takes its time to pull video up you can look at all your camera at once but you tap one then it cycle again

my sites disappear every so often and i have to keep re-entering them. very annoying. Samsung s7.

Crash's every time. Please optimize this app to work on the newest version of Android. Android "N" (7.0) Please!!!!

Great application and very easy to use on my phone. But, only thing that needs to be fixed is that since the last update it no longer works on my tablet(google nexus 7) that is running Android 4.2.1 The application is not even available to download. Matrix needs to update so that remote view can be done on Android devices running above jelly bean.

Since upgrade to 5.01 the app, which had to be uninstalled/reinstalled, you cannot configure a site. It worked fine in kitkat

Everytime I try and log into this app, it tells me NO SERVER RUNNING. (10) This is very aggravating!! I don't know what this means!! Fix it or tell me what's wrong?

Camers work fine when im lookig a the 4x4 grid. When i click on one single camera it freezes.

Cant configure a site cant enter site name

Would say 5 star however for some reason it stopped working. Check and recheck ip address. Still no connection. No sure why it stopped working all of a sudden.

Former ADT tech now Tyco tech. Of all the systems I have installed this one has the best app hands down.

I try this app on Galaxy s4 it's work. But don't work with galaxy note 2. Hey its work now. I reset my phone factory settings. On first use, I stop the anti virus app for downloading.first install the adt matrix app and this time I am able to add my site on it. Make sure it's run. And after all setup. I re install my anti virus app. It's work fine now.

Great on GS4 and GS5 until last update. It has been more than a month. Please update app

Not working for me even though it used to. Just says "No server running.(10)" even though I have all the correct information put in that I had when it used to work. I've even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and then it won't let me add the site again. If it let's me add the site though it still works and says no server running.

There is live and search option in an app but search is not working with this update.

Samsung Galaxy 3S 4.1.1 Installs but menus flash and do not alow editing or input

This app is better than any other one that I have ever downloaded. You need to try the Matrix App and you will see what I mean there are no problems at all. I'm very happy with this!

Great app !!

This App works great. It would be great if an import from the Dekstop version to this app were available. I have many site and re-creating "Sites" is not a good use of my time.
