I was hoping to provide a toggle switch, but the ICS architecture doesn't allow that at 4.0.2.
This app works for now, but it is sensitive to certain proposed changes in the Android system.
It may work on handsets other than the LTE Galaxy Nexus, but it is not intended for wider use. YMMV.
