Password reset does NOT work. What an unhelpful app...!!!!! Can login on website so why not on the app????

Have uninstalled then reinstalled to update to the Plus 2.8.0 but still not working! Very frustrating so please sort it out

It won't open but whilst it did work it was good.

Haven't been able to get it to open for nearly 24 hours now. Seems really hot and miss whether it's going to work or not. Sometimes late at night works better. I'm assuming it's their servers overloaded.

I liked the app when I could open it, it had reasonably good navigation and worth it for the offers. Now I can't get past the loading screen. Reinstalling doesn't work either. Disappointing. Don't download just yet! Waiting for the update that makes the app work.

Don't think the app is working, as I'm unable to get past the holding screen. Still the same problem, as I still unable to get past the home screen. If uninstalling and reinstalling works I will let you know.

I have no idea how such a poorly coded travesty of an app made it out the door from a high-end shopping centre like West Quay. Very rarely logs in, when it does takes an eternity to refresh or comes up blank, no status while waiting (has the app hung, is it loading data, is there no Internet connection - who knows!) and of all the places you would like it to work (e.g. in West Quay) it doesn't on either WiFi or 3G/4G. Gave up.

The app does not work. It is representative of the new West Quay Watermark. Ready for the public to use but clearly UNFINISHED. Get it sorted you chancers!!

Hardly ever opens without freezing and when it does open it won't acknowledge that you've logged in.

Won't log me in. Tried signing up with Facebook but it errored saying my email was already in use. Tried creating a new account with a different email and got the same error. Created an account on the web, but the app didn't recognise it.

App downloaded ok but when opened I can't get past the West Quay picture.

If I could give less than 1 star I would

I downloaded the app and when I open it I just get a screen with West Quay written on it and a picture of the center but nothing happens.

Only installed it for your event on Monday and can't get past the sign up page

What a load of rubbish. I don't know if you actually have to be in West Quay for the app to activate (if you do, that's a rubbish idea in itself). I could get past the App's logo front page. UNINSTALLED .

I spoken with someone from your tech team, he says that he is able to log in with the new password he created for me so I am able to login myself. Yet whenever I try to log in it just does not work. What a shame. I uninstalled the whole app. Useless,sad.

As others mention, I couldn't log in and then received several error reports. It's a shame as they were promoting the app so much in the shopping centre

You log in. You get to a screen you can only access if you are logged in, with offers on. You click on them. Despite you already being logged in, it asks you to log in to proceed. You ignore the obvious logical inconsistency and enter your details again. Nothing happens. Rinse and repeat. The same thing happened on all the phones of everyone who I was with. Bloody useless!

Go to use offers & it doesn't load. No point in installing it!

Wont let me sign up

It won't download, have tried loads of times but unsuccessful, it keeps sending me to "rate and review app" cannot "rate app" as it won't load.
