MobileOrg for Android
Syncing orgmode to my phone via dropbox finally makes it a viable planner for me. I didn't have much luck setting up a webdav folder, but Dropbox integration is very easy.
Sync with WebDAV works nicely, but only supports Basic Auth not Digest. Interface isn't pretty but gets the job done.
this experience is terrible. Frequent crashes, no ability to save locally (or perhaps it's just extremely broken) and unclear user interface. I'd rather run emacs in a phone terminal emulator and put org mode in that than deal with this.
Dropbox sync doesn't work, SD card sync doesn't work, and it hasn't been updated in three years. Look elsewhere.
Can't use under Android 6 or 7...
Works great on my S7. Look forward to finally using this.
Please changed the rating so people with parental controls can find it

Works very well after correct setup of desktop emacs. The whole process is very well documented on the author's webpage.
Ssh sync over mobile does not work too well. Hangs and never completes. Wifi sync works well.
But is not very pretty. Wish it were a beautiful material design app that would be a visual pleasure to take notes with....
This is a super useful app for people who live in their Emacs Org Agenda. The only down side is needing Dropbox or a webdav / ssh server of your own to sync. If it would work with third party apps in a manner like KeePass then it would be darn near perfect
I am trying to use Dropbox, but after Dropbox authentication it takes me back to options page(where you can radio select wabdev, dropbox, ssh, sd card, etc). And, then it I can not go to next page, pressing arrow and trying to slide does nothing.
must have!
Much better than iOS version.
So useful
It's quite a huge app for this functionality. I have spent quite a few hours to set it up.
A must if you use org-mode!
After trying MobileOrg and MobileOrgNG, I'm just using Jota Text Editor for my .org files on Android until apps for org-mode improve.
Cool new features in the new version
Its awesome that this exists, it's an essential part of my workflow., The current functionality works great but it need more features.
I really hope this works someday, but that hasn't yet happened.
It's too bad, but oh well, I'm on emacs on the laptop mostly anyways... mostly
I still can not find any .org files. But thanks
Great start. Editing should be simpler and more full featured. Automatic synchronisation would be useful.
Would like to be able to fully edit local org files.
Buggiest piece of software I've ever had the misfortune of exposing myself to
I am able to view my org files, but it does not save changes to them.
And yes, I know how to use org-mode in Emacs.
super
Has some bugs but it's getting better. I'm expecting location based tag filtering in the future for better GTD environment.
Still great!
Great app. However it's service needlessly runs in the background even though sync is turned off (in short on memory on this device).
Org-mode is a superb emacs-mode to organize notes and plan activities. MobileOrg brings that to android and works great with only two issues: internal links cannot be followed and synchronizing directly with a laptop/desktop mount is problematic, but this is an android problem (MTPs does often not correctly reflect the internal file state to the outside mount-point) and mobileorg cannot do much about that.

One thing I like about mobileorg is that I can use Android voice dictation to interact with my to do list.
I didn't want it for todos but to view and maybe edit regular outlines of mine. If that's not supported, please say so in the description of the app so we don't waste our time. Couldn't get it to work either.
Thanks a lot for this great app. It did take some efforts for me to get it going (I am new to even org-mode). But the effort was certainly worth it. I was so happy to see even the calendar integration working nicely. One feature I'd like to have is entry-level encryption that org-crypt provides. That'd make password storage easier. Anyway, thanks again - I just love the app.
I don't know why, this version can't be fit with my Ubuntu One' which was no problem in the past . When i try to log in the Ubuntu One account in my mobile, it shows "log in successful!".but when I go next ,there is nothing listed for selecting to synch.

The basic concept is great, and after the (very involved) setup process it does work for basic to do lists. However, I was disappointed to find no way to edit or view property drawers or dynamic blocks, since I use both extensively. The sync process is also highly manual, although that's largely the fault of Emacs (which was not designed with synchronization of open files in mind.) This comes painfully close to being useful to me without quite getting there.
