Pengguna dapat mengakses layanannya melalui aplikasi mobile untuk mencari terapis ataupun lokasi spa terdekat. Semua user bebas untuk mencari, meninjau, dan melakukan order untuk terapis maupun merchant spa yang telah menjalin kemitraan.

Cukup log alamat Anda saat ini, atau Anda dapat menambahkan alamat baru yang nantinya akan dikunjungi oleh tenaga terapis. Untuk mempermudah mencari tenaga therapist , Google Map akan mendeteksi lokasi Anda berada saat ini.

Jarak Pencarian:
• Jarak pencarian terapis sejauh 8Km dari lokasi Anda berada
• jika ingin mencari di luar jarak 8Km, bisa mencari secara manual dari menu search
• Ada sekitar 200 terapis yang mendaftar, jika yang ditemukan hanya sedikit dipastikan terapis tersebut sedang Off atau diluar area jangkauan.
Sistem Pembayaran

Order layanan massage dari Masto dengan sistem pembayaran terlebih dahulu, setelah mendapat konfirmasi dari rekan terapis yang diorder.
