QUIT SMOKING for Android
Downloaded this a few days before I quit smoking. I had terrible anxiety about quitting, and I thought this would help just from seeing my progress. It has really helped keep my on track just seeing the amount I've saved and my health improving. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to quit.
Great app and really helpful. One on the hard things about giving up is knowing you're doing the right thing but not being able to see the immediate benefits. This allows you to follow the invisible progress and the underlying improvements to your health from the offset. I would strongly recommend getting this app to motivate you and keep you going!
Watching the number of how many you would have smoked to that point go up and up and the money your saving are the two key factors that are helping me on the app they really bring home how much damage you are doing to your health and your bank account. Plus the daily pictures and the daily quotes help alot also . Wish I had this app last time I tried to quit .
With every craving ive gotten, i look at the app and i find it makes me think "nope, dont want one". Im surprised, actually, but thrilled! It just gives me yhat extra nudge of encouragement
I made the decision to quit smoking and this app helps me everytime I get the urge to smoke. Plus it good to see how much money I'm saving by not buying cigarettes.
Whenever I had a bad craving, I opened the app to see what effort I would be throwing away. Just need one for my drink problem now (hic.)
This app has changed my life. Quit smoking after 20 years of doing so, and this app was my number one tool. Even if you are not ready to quit smoking just yet, download the app to keep track of how much you are smoking and that information just might be the motivator you need to kick the nasty habit for good! Give yourself the gift of life and download this app for you or your loved one.
Gives lots of useful stats about you quit. When feeling weak, I would glance at them for motivation. It helps me, might help you. App never crashed or misbehaved as some others did.
I couldn't change any of the things to say when I even smoked last. It said 14 days but quit, or trying to today... Not happy
This app has a great tracking system that shows how your health improves after giving up smoking. It also flashes negative effects of smoking so you remember why you quit in the first place!
Always helps me to look at the days tick by. I don't know other apps, think this has helped me stay on track.
I like this tool because it helps keep me encouraged seeing how much money I have saved, how many days I've been smoke free and the health tips. I just wish it had the option to select if you are wearing a patch so you can see your true nicotine levels and if you could log if you had a cigarette for those that may slip up
The picture this app points out really made me quit. Its been a month now,, this is really "thee" app to have when considered quitting and sticking with it. Im 26 now. Im better looking than when i was when i was 20. Scary... Smoking is bad!!!! Please quit :)
There needs to be something for those of us who are vaping to quit smoking. When I switched to vaping, I cut out all cigarettes. 28 days strong!
I think that yoj should be able yo log sleep time. I know it does not matter when iy is higher numbers, but if you just stopped its hard to see that yoi cant feel that proud, coz its not a true reflection.
I started not smoking to prove everyone wrong about my old disgusting habit. Amazingly I ended up proving myself wrong. In the beginning it was hard but the daily pics helped. I also took up weightlifting and cardio. Might as well go all out right? Well 175 days now and loving it. My personal records are thru the roof on lifts and I can actually run now on a treadmill
I've used this app orginally on my Nokia in 2006 and it worked. Was a non smoker for 7 years and went back. Now I've stopped again using the very same app. Thanks a million.
Worked well for me for the 1st 48hrs to monitor my nicotine levels and to keep motivated for the 1st 48hrs.. Used the Stop Smoking in 2hrs app for the rest of the journey..I am now a non smoker for 9 days and didnt have any of the withdrawals people talk about..Nicotine withdrawals are over-rated.. I tend to feel for a smoke now and then but nothing like the cravings people scare you about...
I really like this app but find it frustrating that you can't set the time you start and finish smoking each day. Things like money & time saved and cigarettes not smoked are calculated on a 24 hr basis, so if you quit smoking at night the app tells you that you've saved X amount of money & time and that you haven't smoked X number of cigarettes during times that you were asleep, which makes no sense because no one smokes in their sleep! Otherwise, this is a great app.
All you want/need to know on just one page. I don't like though the number of deaths and the pictures. Scaring somebody is not the best way to convince him.
I'm looking all the time just so I know I'm fixing the damage!! You've given me help big time!! Give up guys
Great App. Gives the information i need. Only thing I would suggest is having the number of cigs in the cost per area as changeable. These days you get 20,25 and 30 packets
App is very good. Money is good, daily pic is good but would rather have 2 or 3 a day. I check regularly as its one of my tools.
Kept me accountable for 199 days & counting. Between the nicotine gum (totally off now) and living a healthier lifestyle, this app has helped me be a quitter! And I LIKE it! :D
Great app to help with a visual aid on where your body is at! Def. Helped with cravings when I wanted a cigarette I opened my app and couldn't erase all my progress!
I couldn't change any of the things to say when I even smoked last. It said 14 days but quit, or trying to today... Not happy
Missing a couple setting options ie packs come in 20 and 25's but the only option is price per 20 (not the end of the world...simple math). Posting to Facebook doesn't work either.
I look forward to checking it first thing in the morning & several times a day. It really helps to motivate me.
I like the daily pics whenever I get a craving!!! Reminds me why I want to maintain a smoke free lifestyle.
This app keeps me very motivated to keep quit. Being able to see all the $$ I've saved is great but the most staraling stat is how many people have died of smoking related cause since I quit 80 days ago!! I show that to all my smoker friends and it shock's them into giving quiting a try.
I love this app. Downside is I use two apps to keep track and here is why. The second app provides me fun little achievements in my progress. Meaningless really but a cute little reward to say congrads to me. Love the death counter as well.
In my openion, scaring people never works in the long run. This app is based on scaring people with dire consequences. Its disgusting for me. I have quit smoking but not using this scare method. Allen Carr's easy way to stop smoking. Find this book and read it. Dont use his app in playstore, rather download from internet the books pdf version. The best solution and easiest way to quit. It is my 8th day and may God give me strength to continue this forever.
Every time I wanted a cigarette, I just looked at the daily picture, that's enough to put off anyone off smoking.
I like the layout and the daily pic but I am confused as to why I can't enter info such as my quit date etc. It makes me feel like the accuracy is lacking.
This has been the best quit smoking app I've tried so far! 56 days and going strong... a great tool to keep me on track!
Very helpful....daily pics keep you motivated....data is quite good...only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is graphics....graphics are kinda childish and blurry....but the app does what it says...good luck to all the quitters....cheers !!
Just love this app...i like the daily pics for when i have cravings...i like how it tells how many smokes ive would have smoked and that blows me away more so than how much ive saved...just a brilliamt app
Love the very descriptive progress reports! A relapse button would be a good idea, and a widget! Otherwise this is the best motivational app I've found
Ive found that this app is a great way to distract yourself during a craving or moments of weakness. You just open it up and remind yourself of the positives the app shows you since you've quit and of how those will go away after you start again. The biggest positive for me is not being a part of that death count!

I'm glad this app is on the Android playstore too. I quit with this app around a year ago on my iPhone but then I restarted again after a bad patch. Now, once again I'm going to give it the finger and get my life back in control. This is the only app to have helped me quit before and as of today, I quit again and this time for good with this app! Thanks guys!
