If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I have told many people about this appt for its friendly UI and free back up. Logged into a new phone and bam! All my passwords are right there. But with the recent update you took away what I consider a key feature! The log in screen is now password and not a ten key pad. Having an alpha numeric password made for a LARGE numerical passcode, which I find highly beneficial for memory and no one can watch your keystrokes for your password. Now I have to find a telephone and take 45 seconds to decipher my password every time. Shopping for a new app unless you can send me a reverted apk file or find a new solution to this inconvenient update.

Why did you get rid of the pin log in?!?

Master Lock does not keep or have knowledge to your password. There is no reset!

I have used the app for many years and it is outstanding. It serves its purpose well.

I have asked a few times for a reset for my password code because I have forgot it. I got no reply so this vault is a waste of time. Now late at night got a reply in which the person sent me back to the link in which u fill in your email address and they are to send you back an email with instructions on how to reset password. I have now tried this 11 times and got 0 replies back. I am still locked out. Now I know I did nit forget, it was this app updating and now I cannot get into my stuff.

I removed the app after not getting in and password reset didn't work. After reinstalling the app, requested new password, reset in browser and it finally worked. Then tried app and it worked.

I've reset my code twice. Carefully chosen and wrote it down. When I try to log in, it says wrong passcode. Fix your app.

Was a good app for a couple of years. Now all of a sudden cant get into to get my information and wont let me reset my password

Cannot reset apps password. Need to get back all my saved pw, but cannot. Really frustrating!

Please do your job and do make an app that really works, reading your reviews, it is apparent that you people don't know how to make an app that works.

Worked great for years then stopped. Reinstalled. Works fine. Always try reinstalling prior to running mouth.

Seldom does an app come along that is absolute simplicity to use, does exactly what it is supposed to do and doesn't bombard you with ads. It stores your login names and passwords and allows you to retrieve them from any device anywhere on the planet. A perfect 5.

Don't waste your time

I had great hopes for this app as it appeared to be exactly what I've been looking for. Unfortunately I can't get signed in from my phone. I have no difficulty getting in via the web, but 90+% of my work is done via my phone (I'm using a Samsung GS5). And every time I attempt to sign in through my phone I get an "Invalid Credentials" message. Therefore this app is virtually useless to me...it's a paperweight. Too bad........

Don't waste your time

This will allow me to save important files and key numbers in case I lose them. The only thing I wish it let you take pictures or add a picture to the item you are securing.

Good amount of free encrypted storage and good price on 3gb and 10gb premium plan for storing all my files and document. Better than having to buy a safe deposit box.

It says invalid credentials, even though I put in the right username and pass code.

To many passwords and ID numbers to use on there site. This is also not a free app. For you to have access more than just a few days you must pay.

Useless for me, I don't know about others, many times I tried to register but every time it fails. Going to uninstal.
