Pay with Rewards

I downloaded this app to use with my Rogers fido MasterCard to look at what my rewards balance is and hopefully redeem something one day. Installed this on a LG g4 phone from fido running android 5.0 and yeah it would ask to set a 4 digit pin code then asked me for credit card number and then ask the security questions .. I tried entering my mom's maiden name.. Loading forever and never completed. Tried again and entered the above and chose the postal code look up option . Loading non stop same issue.

1. It appears to work, V 2.0.0, Android 4.1.2 :-) 2. At Rogers, it only enables the same Rogers, Fido, magazine, etc, rewards as are available online. No other rewards - EG buy something, use rewards to pay for it, as implied at Rogers website - are available :-( 3. Uninstalled it (hmm - it's taking long time to do that ...) :-|

Why does this app need permission to "make and manage phone calls" on my android phone? It's an app to manage a credit card account. It also crashes when opening after the previous login has expired.

Garbage app. Not giving permission to make phone calls.

Crashes repeatedly, and it seems this problem has not been addressed as I read over the comments...when can we expect a fix?

Crashes when I try to log in

Finally after this update, the app works perfectly and i can check my rewards balance quickly and easily.

All of a sudden my card was removed and setting went back to default....and it crashes on loading screen now.

Why does this app need access to phone calls?

Can't get pass the setup security question because there is no next or submit button. I'm on a Fido Google Pixel XL Android 7.1!!! And I got this Fido MasterCard and can't run the app!

This app if junk...won't load no matter what you do!!

Great for cashing in my points. I use it with my Rogers platinum mastercard. I love how easy it is to setup the app!

First did not recognize my card and I made sure I typed it correctly. Then did not recognize my security answers then made me wait one minute as I had too many attempts. I'm all for security but we seem here to be having a problem.

nothing shows on it and hard to use

suddenly stopped working. signed me out and now doesn't recognize my card!!!

The app appears bugged. Fido Mastercard Rewards Programs says you can easily and at anytime use the app to redeem your points towards your Fido Bill or a purchase from a Fido Store. Issue is there is no intuitive interface in the app that guides you through the process of redeeming your points towards your Fido Bill and no confirmation that a redemption has been completed and applied to your Fido Bill. I am IT Project Manager and Process Analyst for custom software development. Mastercard pay with Rewards - Show us how to redeem the points using the app and prove (validate/verify) that the points have been applied to my bill. I have been trying this for over a week now and no matter what I do I am not able to see how it is redeem and my Fido Account sure does not show a credit.

Last update makes the application useless. I cannot use my rewards with a useless application.

It was working fine but the latest update has broken the app. Closes as soon as the app is launched.
