Mastaan - Meat Delivery

This is not at all user friendly app, please I wasted my money for cancelled order and this app converted my cancelled order automatically into cash on delivery order which I never do and I always pay online. Please if you try to order and cancel please check twice or thrice and make sure that your order is successfully cancelled

Every weekend when I try to place order it says no slot available. The chat option doesn't work as none responds.

I would definitely recommend this aap. Best for the people who doesn't get time to go out to buy fish/meat. In case of any service diffecincy, the owner calls to understand the problem, I think that is the best part. Thanks!

The last two deliveries for fish was not fresh, earlier the fish used to be fresh, but now it is not so. Today not yet received the delivery of chicken which was supposed to be delivered in the time slot of 10 to 12

Fish is not fresh and the change is never returned to us back and hence converted into a discount on next orders and is indirectly forcing us to make another order in order to get our money back....

Their meat quality was good initially but it isn't now a days

Everything is good ,but the app is not taking the address what I am giving while checkout.where ever the location I am there,it is taking that place only...need to improve so much....

All of sudden this app is giving me problems...Always says not able to load the slots error...Has become useless completely.

Quality is good but the weight differs when delevery as if I booked 1kg but I received 850 grams this is wat they are differentiating in their orders

Highly INFLATED price. The price of chicken as of 25th May 2017 in Madhapur area is ₹156 for skin one, whereas in Mastaan it is ₹235! Only when you install and order for the first time, the price will be as per the market. After that, it soars like mercury. Simply looting as much as they can.

Ordered mutton back leg. The back leg contains the most tender meat. The meat I got was very hard and no smell while cooking. Awful. I think The goat must be a female one or very big one or he did not give me the leg at all. Do not go for mutton from Mastaan.
